M&L for servicing of Diesel Engine driven water pump set (Engine & Pump both) used in fire fighting system including transportaion to & fro civil workshop for lathe machine work and calibratin of FIP, replacement of unserviceable Diesel filter, Engine Oil, Oil filter, gasket kit, coollant, bearings, Pump shaft bearings, gland packing, servicing of alternator etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for servicing of centrifugal motor pump set 7.5 HP AC, 3 phase, 430 Volt 50 Hz Presssure Pump for fire fighting system including rewinding of motor, replacement of unserviceable motor bearings as per existing size & shape, coupling, motor shaft, pump bearings, gland packing, impeller, pump shaft including transportation to & fro civil workshop for winding as well as any type of lathe machine work etc and testing the motor pump upto the satisfactory level complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for Item Nos 22 to 25:- The rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed including the cost of transportation to civil workshop & back, any type of lathe machine work, testing & calibration, setting of injectors (for engine only), opening of engine head / complete engine, replacement of unserviceable spare parts, re-assembling, testing and commissioning complete.

Supply and laying/ fixing in replacement, 80mm dia bore MS ERW pipe, heavy duty for water used in fire fighting system, laid in floors or fixed to wall / ceiling including necessary bending, enlarging or reducing as per existing degree and connected with existing pipe by means of welding including two coats of synthetic enamelled paint of red colour over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F in replacement, battery secondary lead acid, 12 Volt 150 AH, heavy duty, maintenance free, electrolyte filled and initially fully charged including making connections with the battery terminal to the alternator of DG Set complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for repair of fire alarming system panel public addressy type and testing & commisisoning after repair by replacing the burnt communication card, display card, CPU card, dry alkaline batery of 12 Volts - 02 Nos of approved make, internal circuit, re-mounted on wall, connecting to the existing ciruit of smoke detector and tesing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Day to day maintaince / repair/ rectification of water supply complaints against any kind of fault in water pipe line of any size and type or No water supply complaint from building mounted OHT or any other complaint all as directed time to time by digging / tightening of fittings / colking of lead in CI pipe joints / replacing of GI fittings etc including necessary excavation, returning filling and removing surplus soil (if required) and rectification of complaint to ensure satisfatory serviceability of the water supply with the help of providing the one plumber with one helper on daily basis complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The items required to replace shall be measured & paid for seperately under relevant item of BOQ at 'Supply only' rates. (ii) The Contractor shall be fully responsible to provide necessary transportaion, T&P and safety equipment to his labour to prevent any type of accidents and department will not responsible to provide any type of compensation to the contractor or his labour in case of any type of accidents / miss-happening or any type of casuality to his labour/ plumber. (iii) In case any maintenance / complaint informed to the contractor telephonically or verbally or on complaint slip is not rectified within 48 hours, the contractor shall be penalised @ Rs 200/- per complaint per day and shall be recovered from the contractor's dues. (v) The contractor or his representative will report to the concered JE E/M daily in the morning at 9.30 AM to collect the complaints and shall deposite the same to this office after rectification duly signed by the concerned user / occupant of affected accn or area.
