M&L for preparation of black top surfaces of old bitumen road and premixed macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms, and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly priming/tack coat with bituminous primer with cold emulsion @ 5Kg/10 Sqm using paving bitumen all as specified and as directed

M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with paving bitumen any penetration using mechanical paver with 7% bitumen replaced by shreded waste plastic conforming to LDPE,HDPE,PET,Polyurathene and all other requirement as per IRC SP98-2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for repairs to pot holes any depth n.exc 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free dust, mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (incl supply of road metal) and applying tack coat with cold emulsion @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well remmed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings . 6.3mm size and again well rammed(including supply of premixed macadam,binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30mm but n.exc 50mm complete all as specified and directed

S&F for road reflective studs cat's eye made of ABS plastic of standard size as specified by manufacturer's insteuctions,electronically welded micro prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating ,dynamically designed to with stand very highy impact load of 13635 Kg and fitted with 2Nos highly reflective reflector with a slope of 35 +/- 5 degree to base,reflective panels on both side with at least 12 sqcm reflective area on each side complete all as specified fixed as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed . Note :- The luminance intensity shall be as per standard specification. The studs shall be fixed to road surface using the adhesive and conforming to specified procedure and as per manufacturers instructions.

S&F solar road stud of standard size as specified by manufacturers instructions, aluminium body 100% water proofing design confirming to IP-67 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing the surface and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking paints as in lines ,arrows,dashs etc (retro reflective of shade /colour approved by GE using hot thermoplastic material ( to standard temp with gas ) @ 6.5 Kg /Sqm and glass beads @ 250 gm/ Sqm by fully semi-automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe ,glass bead dispenser,propane tank heater and profile shoe driven by experenced operator on road surface complete all as specified and and as directed

M&L for Painting lines,dashes,arrows etc on roads pavements adequate no. of coats and the like n exc 10cm wide with road marking paint etc complete all as specified and and as directed

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (cold emulsion) at 5 Kg /10Sqm with paving bitumen all as specified and directed.

M&L Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using Paving bitumen any penetration all as specified and directed.
