budfeax iSusy Work involved- 1-Dusting and Cleaning (by Cleaning agent) of panel to obtain desired IR value. 2-Cleaning of Breaker, oiling and Greasing of moving parts, work of Tripping and closing adjustment contact resistance measurement of Vaccum Interrupter. 3-Checking and testing of closing/tripping machanism of breaker. 4-Replacement of weaker insulation control cables/Wiring. 5-Cleaning of Jaws and its greasing/oiling. 6-Cleaning of Busbar spout and replacement of spout with lesser IR Value. 7-Cleaning of PT,CT an CT spout. 8-Cleaning of Relays through suitable solvent. 9-Adjustment of setting of Relays as required and consequent testing. 10-Tighening of power and control cable connections. 11-Heating of panel through blower.

11 ds0oh0 fLopxh;j dk czsdMkmu esUVhuasl ¼budfeax ,oa vkmVxksbax½ 1-Attending flashing caused by any fault or other wise (This includes cleaning through suitable solvent, replacement of damaged CT and spout if required. 2-Work on Jaw contact (This includes mechaical adjustment, cleaning and/or replacement of jaws, as required. 3-Work on Vaccum Interrupter Bottle (This includes mechanical adjustment, cleaning and or replacement of bottles, as required. 4-Work on tripping closing coil (This includes mechanical adjustment, cleaning and or replacement of coil as required. 5-Work on tripping clutch (This includes mechanical adjustment, cleaning and/or replacement of clutch as required. 6-Replacement of tripping and closing shaft, as required. 7-Removal of flashing in Busbar spout and its replacement, as required. 8-Removal of flashing in CT spout and its replacement, as required. 9-Work on rackout gear and/or jack bush. (This includes greasing, Replacement, as required. 10-Replacement of damaged indoor/outdoor cable box of 11 kv cable. 11-Replacement of damaged staright through of 11 kv cable. Note- Any one Job as per the amount of work description given in the above job will be considrened as 1 job. All t & p and petty Material/ Consumables viz oil, grease, cloth, cleaning solvent, nut, bolt washer, seals etc shall be arreanged by the firm.
