FLAT IRON Removing of old unserviceable flat iron from its existing position and replace the same with new mild steel flat iron of size 220mmx60mmx32mm cut to shape and bent @ 150 to avoid fouling with leg all as shown on drawing

WHEEL Removing of old unserviceable revolving wheel from its existing position of computer chair and revolving chair and replace the same by supply and fixing with revolving wheel PVC 40mm.to make completely functional rest all as shown on drawing or directed by Engineer-in-charge.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM Removing of old unserviceable hydraulic system from its existing position of computer chair and revolving chair and replace the same by supply and fixing with new hydraulic system to make completely functional rest all as shown on drawing or directed by Engineer-in-charge.

BASE Removing of old unserviceable base from its existing position of computer chair and revolving chair and replace the same by supply and fixing with new base to make completely functional rest all as shown on drawing or directed by Engineer-in-charge.

SEAT Removing of old unserviceable seat from its existing position of computer chair and revolving chair and replace the same by supply and fixing with new seat to make completely functional rest all as shown on drawing or directed by Engineer-in-charge.

REPAIR OF CHARPOY IP HARD TOP (DRG NO.FD/MAP-II/01) :

PLY TOP 12MM THICK S&F for 12mm thick BWR grade, type BB, both sides commercial ply wood (7 Nos of ply) with 6mm thick well seasoned teak wood duly polished found at round the edging of the top and beading required 4mm dia 65mm long counter shank machine nut, bolt, washer on top including removing of existing top all as directed by Engineer- in -charge. (Make of Ply wood : Century Ply/Greenply/National ply/Kit ply as approved)

REPAIRS TO CHAIR SCHOOL WITH HAND BOARD (DRG NO.FD/E6/MAP/05)

SEAT & BACK Removing of old unserviceable seat & back from its existing position and replace the same with new seat & back made out of blow plast or equivalent approved make by the E-in-C’s Branch all as shown on drawing.

HAND BOARD Removing of old unserviceable hand board from its existing position and replace the same with new hand board made out from 18/19mm thick pre-laminated particle board (exterior grade), grade-1 quality, hinged at right hand side of chair arm screwed to 25mm dia MS pipe inserted in 20mm dia MS rod welded to frame . Standard PVC edging 1.6mm thick shall be provided all-round the hand board, rest all as shown on drawing. (Make of Ply wood : Century Ply/Greenply/National ply/Kit ply as approved)

BASKET(JALI) Removing of old unserviceable steel basket (Jali) from its existing position and replace the same with new basket (Jali) made of 6mm MS rod all as specified and shown on drawing

REPAIRS TO TABLE BED SIDE (DRG NO.FD/E6/MAP/15(R):

TOP Removing decayed top from its existing position and replace the same with new 18/19mm thick Prelaminated Particle board (exterior Grade), grade-I quality, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination. Standard PVC edging 1.6mm thick shall be provided all-around the top of table bed side all as shown on drawing. (Make of Ply wood : Century Ply/Greenply/National ply/Kit ply as approved)

BACK Removing decayed each back of table bed side from its existing position and replace the same with new back made out from 6mm thick plywood (five Nos of ply), type BB, BWR grade of required size all as shown on drawing. (Make of Ply wood : Century Ply/Greenply/National ply/Kit ply as approved)

DRAWER Removing decayed drawer and replace the drawer made out from 12mm thick pre-laminated particle board (exterior grade), grade-I quality, one side decorative of front, side and back , bottom shall be made out from 6mm thick ply wood (five Nos of ply), type BB, BWR grade of required size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge and rest all as shown on drawing. (Make of Ply wood : Century Ply/Greenply/National ply/Kit ply as approved)

HANDLES S&F for 100mm aluminium handle of existing pattern after removing of old unserviceable / broken handle from its existing position complete all as directed.

HARD RUBBER/PVC RING Removing of each decayed hard rubber/PVC ring from its existing position of Table bed side and replace the same with new hard rubber/PVC ring all as shown on drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

REPAIRS TO CHAIR VERANDAH (DRG NO.FD/MAP-II/15):

SEAT Removing of old unserviceable PVC seat from its existing position of chair verandah and replace the same by supply and fixing with new PVC seat 4mm thick and grooves 90X10mm 10 Nos on seat all as shown on drawing or directed by Engineer-in-charge. BACK Removing of old unserviceable back PVC back from its existing position of chair verandah and replace the same by supply and fixing with new PVC 4mm thick back to make completely functional rest all as shown on drawing or directed by Engineer-in-charge. HARD RUBBER SHOE Removing of each decayed hard rubber shoe from its existing position of chair varandah and replace the same with new hard rubber shoe all as shown on drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PAINTINGS OF CHAIR VERANDAH (DRG NO: FD/MAP-II/15) M&L for applying spray painting two coats with synthetic enamel (white) paint over a coat of red oxide primer with spray gun after removing of existing old worn out paint by any means with proper treatment from chair verandah complete all as directed and shown on drawings.

BACK Removing decayed side from its existing position and replace the same with new side made out from 12 mm thick veneered particle board (exterior grade) , grade-I quality with commercial veneers on both faces all as shown on drawing. MIRROR Removing broken mirror from its existing position and supply and fixing for copper plated 5.5mm thick mirror mounted on new frame made out 12 mm thick ply wood (seven Nos of ply), type BB, BWR grade and covered by decorative mould and supported on 50mm X28mm frame all-round complete all as directed all as shown on drawing. (Make : Modiguard/Saint gobain/Atul as approved)

SHELVES S&F for 5mm thick glass shelves in cabinet supported on glass holders including taking down broken shelves complete all as specified and shown on drawing. (Make : Modiguard/Saint gobin/Atul as approved)

MAGNET CATCH S&F for magnet catch inside the cabinet to catch mirror frame including taking down unserviceable magnet catch all as specified on drawing.

LEGS: Removing decayed each leg of dressing table of 38mm X 38mm from its existing position and replace the same with new leg made out well seasoned 1st class hard wood (Teak/Seasom) complete all as specified and directed.

SIDE Removing decayed side from its existing position and replace the same with new side made out from 18mm thick veneered particle board (exterior grade) grade-I quality with one face teak and other face commercial veneer all as shown on drawing. (Make of Ply wood : Century Ply/Greenply/National ply/Kit ply as approved)

POLHSHING TO TABLE DRESSING GENTS Removal of old existing worn out polish from exposed portion of wooden surface by any means of table dressing gents including preparation of new wooden members by sand papering and making the furniture completely smooth for further new polishing (including scoring out all previous marking, numbering) and apply polishing to all the exposed surface by spirit polish mixed with shellac Gde-I, chandras, burnt saina, raw saina, sindur etc till glossy surface is obtained upto the full satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge .

REPAIRS TO CHAIR DINING FOR THE FOLLOWING (DRG No.FD-MAP-II/05):-

FRONT LEG Removing of each decayed front leg from its existing position and replace the same with new front leg made out from well seasoned 1st class hard wood (Teak/Seasam) all as shown on drawing.

REAR LEG Removing of each decayed rear leg from its existing position and replace the same with new rear leg made out from well seasoned 1st class hard wood (Teak/Seasam) all as shown on drawing.

FRONT RAIL Removing of each decayed front rail from its existing position and replace the same with new front rail made out from well seasoned 1st class hard wood (Teak/Seasam) with 3mm dia hole at 12.5 mm c/c for weaving of plastic cane all as shown on drawing .

REAR RAIL Removing of each decayed rear rail from its existing position and replace the same with new rear rail made out from well seasoned1st class hard wood (Teak/Seasam) with 3mm dia hole at 12.5 mm c/c for weaving of plastic cane all as shown on drawing
