Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor all level in cement mortar 1:4 ( one cement : four sand) complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etcetera and removal of form for suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and platform complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement: two coarse sand :four graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size ) including curing complete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, in all works up to all floor level complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel reinforcement mild steel and medium tensile steel bars for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15 mm (fifteen millimetre) cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 (one cement: four coarse sand) complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 18 mm (eighteen millimetre) thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut granite stone for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills,facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm (twenty millimetre) thick base cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etcetera at all levels complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 1st(first) quality ceramic glazed floor tiles 300X300mm (three hundred into three hundred millimetre) conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm (twelve millimetre) thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (one cement: three coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm (at the rate of three point three kilogram per squaremetre) including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete and as per the entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 18mm (eighteen millimetre) thick HDMR both side prelaminated board in Shutter/shelves/cup board with butt joints and fixing with nails and screws etecetera complete with all accessories including carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing M.S. Piano hinges having overall width 35mm (thirty five millimetre) ISI marked IS :3818 finished with nickel plating and fixing with necessary screws etcetera complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) fency handle of superior quality with necessary screws etcetera complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
