COMPREHENSIVE B/R MAINTENANCE WORKS TO CERTAIN BLDGS IN TECH AREA AT AF STN PHALODI

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded agg) 25mm thick as in sub floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for nonskid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sq m but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors {Superior/Premium quality}, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match the shade of tile over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1: 6) complete all specified and directed.

All as per Item No 03 above but as in skirting/dados over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as directed.

M&L for nonskid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.09 sq m but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors {Superior/Premium quality}, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match the shade of tile over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1: 6) complete all specified and directed.

M&L Glazed Ceramic Coloured Tiles, 450 x 300 x 7mm in size, set on Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado, etc,over and including 10mm thick rendering cement mortar 1:3 Set and Jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and Pointed in White or Coloured Cement to match the shade of the Tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles Light shade 8-10 mm thick (square/rectangular ) polished ,area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42sqm in floors ,in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6). complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles Light shade 8-10 mm thick (square/rectangular ) polished ,area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42sqm in dado skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) . complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floor apron etc laid bedded and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified as directed.

M& L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid andjointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab laid over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed.
