REPAIRS TO CONCRETE ROADS/ PATHWAYS INCLUDING JOINT FILLING ETC AND OTHER ALLIED MISCELLANEOUS WORKS AT NAVAL BASE OKHA

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced)in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness(below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors exc 15cm thick (above grnd level) complete all as specified.

M&L for soling (or sub base) 150mm thick (spread thickness) in one layer with broken boulders or quarried stone of gauge 63 to 75mm, interstics filled, surface formed and rolled with power roller 8 to 12 tonne to form a true surface and consolidated to required gradient and camber all as specified.

Removing demolished material out of MoD land to a distance exc.1.50 km but n exc.5 km and depositing where directed as in concrete/stone etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying Dry lean Concrete (DLC) 100 mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 7 MPa Minimum cement content not less than 140 Kg/Cum DLC mixed in Batching Plant, transported to site and laid by electron ic sensor paver including spreading and compacting usign high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum Dry Density, necessary finishing etc complete all as specified and tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge work 2013 complete all as specified.

M&L for supplying and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/Sqm over tack coat / sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at transverse joints as minimum 300mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual , organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer as specified and directed. (No additionaI amount to be paid for overlap) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete work in pavement / hardstanding of flexural strength 40Kg/Sqcm in field using 400Kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 15 to 25 cm including formwork all as specified and directed.

Supply only polysester triangular fibre reinforcements 6/12 mm long with circular diameter 30-35 micron designed for melting point of 240-260 degrees and specific gravity of 1-1.4(Make : Recron 3S mfg by M/s Reliance Industries).
