Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking sweeping cleaning & washing down with water to remove dust etc., including removal of old treatment of any description and applying one coat of neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/Sqm, Complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for rendering 10mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction, on roof slab surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, Complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Material & Labour for providing APP based membrane course roof treatment in layers with following provisions:- (i) Applying one coat of bitumen's primer polymerized primer oil based coat, evenly @ 0.3KG/Sqm as priming coat to the prepared surfaces, till the surfaces is properly impregnated and the solvent oil in the base primer shall be allowed to evaporated completely. (ii) Applying APP based pre-fabricated with non woven polyester reinforced membrane stabilized with fibre glass strands and top with grey mineral slates 3mm thick and weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm by torch application method. (iii) Applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10Kg/Sqm over mineral surface.

Note :-Necessary safety precautions need to be taken before applying paint.

Material & Labour for Granules textured homogeneous wall finishing system including preparation of old surfaces consisiting of a two component system of dry granules (25 Kg per Pack) made of 92% silica particles coated with fade resistant pigment, 100% acrylic polymer bonding agent (5 Kg per pack) with the applied thickness of the coating being between 0.8mm - 1.2 mm to be applied on curved, smooth level plaster without key, as per manufacture directions, for usages to be applied and approved applicator of the manufacture as per the direction/ supervision of the Engineer -in-Charge, all complete, The above texture coating should confirm to surface spread of flame class one of BS 476 : Part 7 : 1971 and pull off strength of the coating to meet JISA 6909 on smooth plastered surfaces including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 40mm thick (measured solid) ready made reinforced precast cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4, 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) louvres and jallies, set in Cement Mortar 1:4, including all mouldings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Contractors are advised to visit the samples held in the office, before submitting tender.

Supply & fixing Ready made ornamental Precast reinforced cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) designer pillars (Size- 100 x 100 x 900 mm) having groove on two faces, for fixing louvres and jallies, set in Cement Mortar 1:4 on compound wall, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The design of pillar, shall be got approved before bulk procurement . The tenders are advised to visit the site for sample.

Supplying, fabricate and fixing wall cladding (for all height) of aluminium composite panel in metallic/ non metallic colour of approved shade made out of 3mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 2mm thick mineral core sandwiched between two aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with kynar 500 based PVDF/Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on exposed face and polymer (service) coating on other face, fixed over and including base frame fabricated with aluminium square pipe of size 25mmx20mm with 1mm wall thickness in 600mm x 600mm size grid including stainless steel screws, nut, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealent for groove filling, backer rods etc, complete all as per Manufacturer instruction and complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Colour and pattern of fixing ACP sheet shall be as approved by the GE.

Material & Labour for 15mm thick plastering in cement & sand mortar 1:4 on fair faces of stone work or brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (w/o using extra cement) all as specified and directed including all necessary scaffolding etc and Including Taking down old cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls and ceiling including racking of joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick Cement Mortar 1:6 on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls and finised surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick wall including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/Ceiling and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior grade over a coat of primer including all necessary scaffolding etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including scrapping and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over layer of smooth putty finish punning 1mm thick over a coat of primer strictly as per manufactuure instruction with smooth roller finish, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
