Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan incl. disposal of excavated earth , laed upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m as directed by Engineer - In - Charge : All kinds of soil

Providing and laying of stone soiling (hand packed )including dressing ramming ,watering and all leads lifts and carriage upto site of work complet

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Structural steel welded in single/built up sections incl. cutting , hoisting , fixing , etc all complete i/c a coat of primer of approved steel primer complete job (Gate and Front Façade)

Painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade to give an even shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80litre/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture

P/f of 18mm ply for ceiling ISI marked

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position: KD wood

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, including panelling of Ply both sides Decorative, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. ). : 30-35mm thick (KD WOOD)
