Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, including removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), stacking serviceable tiles at site and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (including fittings & fixtures) area not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) of door/window including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts and making good the same including disturbed portion of jambs, cills, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (including grills, fittings & fixtures) area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) of door/window including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts and making good the same including disturbed portion of jambs, cills, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc 2 Sqm each and refixing in same opening as ordered after other repair works are carried out including easing and adjusting of shutter as required including renewal of unserviceable screws complete all as directed.

M&L for factory made pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for factory made pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks or slabs, 10 cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) and setting in cement mortar 1:4 in walls complete all as specified & as directed.

Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this Schedule.

M&L for cutting holes in brick/stone walls built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as required including making good as per its original specification without any extra cost, not exc. half brick thick (Depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or lugs measured from the face of the jamb into the wall).

S&F Second class hard wood kiln seasoned, plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made 35 mm thick second class hard wood plain framed panelled door shutter (any number of panels) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12mm thick veneered particle boards with commercial veneering on both face the size of rail and style as per IS - 1003 (Part I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated and fixed to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made 35 mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skeleton door shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass, guage etc edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing guage etc size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 8.24 (a), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, supplied and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made 30 mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skeleton window shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass, guage etc edge of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing guage etc size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 8.24 (b), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window / Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non-toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 Kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/sqmm, modules of elasticity 900 N/sqmm and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: MS hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non-toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 Kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/sqmm, modulus of elasticity 850 N/sqmm and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer -In- Charge. Note: Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS screws shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) frames and shutters for doors, windows and ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing, anodised aluminium snap on beading, neoprene gasket, powder coated aluminium handles of suitable size, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F XPM design aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples along with wooden beads complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates, hook and pintle hinges, large hasps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per serial item No. 33 here-in-before but 6 to 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

S&F GI Chicken wire mesh cut to size made to shape as ordered including fixed to walls with nails for receiving the plaster complete all as directed. Note : Weight of GI chicken wire mesh shall be 250 to 300 gm/Sqm.

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick granite slab (Jet Black) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, wash basin counter and the like, set in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, hard standing, etc, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid with an outward slope of 1:40 in alternative bays not exceeding 2.5 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising 1 part of heated bitumen Blown grade any penetration and 3 parts of sand (all by weight). Quoted rate of this item shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed/ plaster. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got approved from GE before incorporation in the work.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm (i.e. 600mm x 300mm or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge), on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10 mm thick back coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed/ plaster. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got approved from GE before incorporation in the work.

M&L for Rendering 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work of walls in patches and scattered places with WPC mixed @ minimum 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only'.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in ceiling in patches and scattered places finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing any type & any capacity water storage tank fixed in any description and S&F new 1000 litres capacity (white colour) rotational moulded polythene water storage tank, (cylindrical vertical with close top) triple layer colour white both inside and outside with top cover hoisted and fixed in position where ordered and making necessary connections for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed.

M&L for providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs / sunken floors consisting of & including the following :- (a) After preparation of surfaces, apply first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with Acrylic Polymer TAPCRETE P 151 of CICO Chemicals @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) Laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) Third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with Acrylic Polymer TAPCRETE P 151 of CICO Chemicals and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment shall be taken upto 30 cm on parapet / side wall and tucked into groove in parapet / side wall all around. (d) Provide oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm and provide minimum 3mm thick plain APP based modified polymeric water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt fabric weighing not less than 150 gms/Sqm with over laps 100 mm longitudinal direction (side laps) and 150 mm on the transverse direction (end laps) by thermo-fused torch flame application method as per detailed procedure as directed. (e) Provision of 50mm dia, 60cm long GI spout pipe. Notes : (i) The work shall be carried out only through specialised agency approved by GE. (ii) The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps. (iii) Equivalent product of Fosroc / Dr. Fixit / Pidilite / Sika shall be allowed as per approval of GE.

Taking down carefully existing unserviceable/perished surface conduit/concealed conduit/batten/casing caping aluminium/copper point wiring any type for light, fan, bell, socket, power point etc complete including all fixtures and fittings such as batten/conduit/casing caping, etc and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, ceiling, etc to match with the adjoining surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Soling (or sub base) 150mm thick (spread thickness) in one layer with broken boulders or quarried stone (Granite, Trap, Basalt), interstices filled of grading 1 (90 to 45 mm size), surface formed, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing, laying, spreading 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) premix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) with crushed and graded coarse aggregates as per design based on Job mix formula with 5.5% bitumen binder content (bitumen of Grade VG-30) by weight of total mix including heating bitumen to the required temperature, mixing bituminous concrete in automatic and temperature controlled hot mixing plant, laying, spreading uniformly by means of Mechanical paver and rolling and consolidating to the required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller and Vibromax roller to a uniform smooth surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) For design purpose minimum binder content shall be as described i.e. 5.5% for VG-30 grade bitumen and it shall not be less than the binder content as described under any circumstances. M&L for 2mm thick road marking like centre line, dashes, arrow, Number, speed breakers and similar work on new or previously treated road surfaces White/ Yellow colour as per IRC pattern with thermo plastic road marking paint of approved quality and mixed with 8% glass beads laid at 160 degree celceus with special application machine complete all as specified as per manufacturer's instructions and traffic diversion aggreement and all as directed. Note : Paint material shall be of make Shivalik, Ashian, Jayanti Construction Chemicals, Automark, etc as per IS:164 Grade-I as approved by GE.

M&L for repair to pot holes of any depth, not exc. 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 30mm in depth (depth of potholes exc 30mm), making good by applying evenly a tack coat of paving bitumen primer of grade VG-30 at the rate of 05 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premix bituminous macadam with crushed and graded stone aggregate mixed together with 4% of paving bitumen of grade VG-30 by weight of total mix, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping, complete all as specified and as directed.
