Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil

Removing excavated material (soil) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Material and labour, sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, classLV, Type 1, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated and armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core aluminum conductor 1100volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Returning filling & removal of earth, sand cushioning and bricks for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

Disconnecting XLPE cable of any size from MCB/MCCB/Busbar chamber etc for repair /replacment job and reconnecting cable after replacing worn out /damaged lugs, proper clamping, extended terminal link complete etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Boring horizontally under roads/pavement/ hardstanding without disturbing the top surface by trench less technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including supply and fixing HDPE pipe of 90 mm dia(ISI Marked) suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure for passing through the cables complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Necessary infrastructure required for boring shall be arranged by the Contractor at his own cost).

Supply, installing, testing and commissioining of LT cubical panel board, 440 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire out door type weather vermin, dust proof front operated with adequate air ventilation at sides and back fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with double door shutter and locking arrangements, cable trays cable lugs etc including provision for taking out incoming and outgoing cables duly marked with relevetted letter plates of appropriate size for each feeder cables danger boards etc, suitable to accommodate and including the following mentioned fittings; floor mounted with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 platform; nut,bolts, washers etc for grouting and painting with powder coated epoxy finish of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down old unserviceable existing LT Panel board with all accessories all as specified and as directed comprising the following:-

(i) Bus bar chamber consisting of four Nos aluminium bus bar duly sleeved of capacity 400 Amps for phases and 200 Amps for neutral duly insulated with PVC sleeves RYB, mounted on heavy duty epoxy insulation in separate compartment. (ii) Multifunctional digital type meter showing ampere, voltage PF phase to phase & phase to neutral . (iii) LED type indicating lamps (RYB) with holders controlled by fuzes and switches. (iv) Panel board internal wiring with suitable rated PVC insulated copper conductors. (v) MCCB 315 Amps,415V, 4 Pole, 35 KA - 01 No (In coming) (vi) MCCB 160 Amps, 415V, 4 pole, 35 KA - 02 Nos (Out going) (vi) MCCB 125 Amps, 415V, 4 pole, 35 KA - 02 Nos (Out going)

Note :- (a) Quoted rate includes excavation, earth work and PCC work and connection & testing complete.(b) PCC 1:2:4 platform with angle iron frame for mounting LT panel 1.2m above ground level, all as directed by Engineer in Charge. (c) LT Panel should be mounted on platform of PCC (1:2:4) and supported by Angle sections complete all as directed by Engg-in- Charge.

Material and Labour for renewal of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to and using galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Note : The Quoted rate for above item includes the cost of following : - (a) Earth electrode. (b) Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point of 7.5 metre. (c) Material and labour for connecting earth electrode and earthing lead as specified. (d) Adequate quantity of charcoal dust, common salt and adequate quantity of chemical (e) All labour involved including testing of earth net work. (f) Excavation and earth work or drilling hole for electrode.

(g) P.C.C. pit and C.I. cover. (h) Funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh and copper lugs etc. as specified. (j) G.I. protection pipe of size ordered specified for protection of earthing lead from mechanical injury or tempering. (k) Test point. (l) Connecting lead from test point to main
