M & L Rendering in CM 1:4 ,10 mm thick as in backing coat for fixing tiles in vertical surfaces

M&L Anti-termite treatment of soil under existing floor using emulsion @ one litre per hole 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 Cement,2course sand) to match the existing floor.
