Required(i) Copy of original EMD deposited by Bidder to CPWD division office
Required(ii) Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued by division office CPWD where original EMD has been deposited by the bidder The EMD document shall only be issued from the place in which the office of receiving division office is situated
Required(iii) Proof of EMD made or issued from the account of bidder or tenderer
Required(iv) CPWD enlistment order of the bidder
Required(v) GST registration certificate if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable then he shall scan and upload following undertaking. Required(vi) Copy of PAN card of bidder
Required(vii) Letter head indicating valid contact address email ID and mobile number of bidder or his authorized representative
Required(viii) Undertaking on structural stability and soundness as per prescribed format Form F
Required(x) Copy of certificate of compulsory ERP training issued through LMS of ERP obtained by enlisted contractor either himself or his authorized representative
