Taking down cement plaster on wall of any description incl racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on facia, roof projection, chajja etc finished even & smooth without using extra cement with using water proofing compound @3% by the weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Water proofing treatment shall be paid and measured separately.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on concrete/brick wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound in layer @ 3% by the weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) for laying brush bond waterproofing coating. Note:- Water proofing treatment shall be paid and measured separately complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top :- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.4 ltrs per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof incl parapet surface. (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymembric membrane of approved manufacturer 4 mm thick weight not less than 5.14 Kgs per Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester febric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm (min) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Note :- (i)Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii)A minimum overlap of 100 mm and 75 mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction. (iii)Applying two coats of Aluminium paint over APP membrane complete all as specified and as directed.
