Micro-tunneling work with laying of 2 Nos. 110mm HDPE pipe (PE-80, PN-6) including laying of UG cable 11KV 3x300 sq.mm. and supply of HDPE pipe and preparation & submission of as built GPS drawing including latitude, longitude, landmarks and depth from Ground Level

Micro-tunneling work with laying of 1 Nos. 110mm HDPE pipe (PE-80, PN-6) including laying of UG cable 11KV 3x300 sq.mm. and supply of HDPE pipe and preparation & submission of as built GPS drawing including latitude, longitude, landmarks, depth from Ground Level

Providing assistance for straight through jointing of cable including making of jointing pit of 11KV XLPE 3x185sq.mm. cable without supply of jointing materials and including making of jointing pit by properly covering top and all sides of jointing pits with tarpaulin / polythene sheet. Providing adequate manpower to help the cable jointer for straightening the cable at the joint location and re-arrangement of cable loops until completion of jointing. Necessary lighting arrangement to be done, if required.

Providing assistance for outdoor end termination of 11KV XLPE cable including fixing of jointing box on existing structure

Making of protective duct for straight through joint by excavation of soil including supply and fixing of RCC slabs, bricks, sand and cement etc. as per specification and restoration of soil surface to its original condition as per drawing (PLN/SS/106 dated 05.05.2015) and as per instruction of site engineer

Making of Riser arrangement by supply of 3m long 160mm G.I. pipe (Make: Tata / Jindal) including necessary jumpering, socketing, binding, clamping etc. for necessary power connection with existing bay / DP or 4-Pole structure

Supply & fixing of Cast Iron cable marker on concrete foundation blocks for stright run, road crossing, joint location etc. as per drawing (No. PLN(D)/SS/107 or 108 dated 05.05.2015) as per instruction of site engineer

Earthing of cable armour by making earth pit by G.I. pipe (50 mm dia) 3m long and laying of G.I. flat for earthing of cable armour with supply of materials
