S&F for Plain galvanised mild steel sheetings 1.00 mm thick in ridges,hips, valley gutter drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275

Material and labour for pre-painted, galvalium alunminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet, 0.50mm thick of colour and profile as approved by GE having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self taping screws. It minimum metallick coating mass is AZ 150 (150 g/sqm) with super durable polyster Exterior paint system, tatal 25 um DFT on topside and 10um DFT on reverse side complying with AS/NZS 2728- Type 4 or IS 15965-class 3, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any framed work. position

S&F rolled mild steel section of joist, channel, angle or tee section fixed independently, without connecting plates etc conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregates) as in slab supported on walls, beams(Gable beam) and columns in floors,roofs landings balconies canopies deck slab and in shelves and the like complete all

S&F for mild steel bars 10mm dia and over deformed or twisted bars TMT, cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. Fe-410

M&L for form work to side and soffit of concrete in slab, beam, lintel etc in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete.

M&L for cutting holes in to or through brick walls buillt in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar or walls of lim mortrar n exc 150 sq cm

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp,insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness, including cover fillet

S/F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605x605mm for false ceiling including all fittings all as specified.

Material and labour for Exposed metal frame ceiling with calcium silicate board of calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600mmx600 mm grid and 6 mm thick (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid seprately) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on concrete surfaces such as soffit of RCC slab, chajjas and brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surface on wall (internal surfaces) including finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for Rendering 20 mm thick cement plaster in two coats( 12mm+8mm) on external surfaces of brick work in CM 1:4 and second coat to be applied with WPC including fair finishing (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm girth or width and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators socket outlers, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls floors etc.

Taking down unserviceable existing sub main wiring with copper/aluminium coductor stranded cable upto and including 2 run of 4 sqmm /2run of 6 sqmm single core including earth wire from existing conduit or wooden battens including takin g out unserviceable wooden gutties etc, matching with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Surface Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable (1100Volts grade) drawn in and including PVC casing caping with all fittings and accessories for one light point controlled by one switch alongwith PVC insulated cable with standed FRLS copper conductor (green in colour) of size 1.5 sqmm and connected to earth dolly including of 1.2mm thick MS sunk terminal box suitably fixed flushed to wall and 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover fixed with brass screws and cup washers complete.
