SCHEDULE 'A' PART I

M&L for dismantling of existing old Lift of 1000 kg goods lift upto 8 floor (G+ 7) from Dawson Vihar (I C and III C) at Kochi complete including car, guide rail, counter weight, drive machine with motor, control panels etc and depositing to MES store yard including making good the disturbed surfaces.

1. Existing Lift Well / Shaft Size : Approx 2600mm (W) x 2700mm (D), Pit Depth : 1600mm 2. Clear Door Opening : 1400mm (W) x 2000mm (H) 3. Work has to be executed in pre-occuppied condition bldg and shall take care of all safety measures and avoid disturbances to the occupants whille carrying out the work. 4. Contractor shall not dump any materials in the premises of the bldg which may cause hindrance to the users. 5. The lifts are to be installed in existing lift shaft / well. 6. Any addition / alteration cost required for the erection of new lift is deemed to be included in quoted rate. 7. The following items shall be provided and the unit rate quoted above shall be inclusive for the same . (a) Gearless Electric motor, AC, 3 phase, 415V, 50Hz of suitable capacity including necessary cabling with ISI marked FRLHS Cable and fire resistant conduits as required. (b) Standard Wall / Floor mounted Lift Control Panel Board with suitable capacity 4 pole RCCB as incomer. (c) Mechanical guide rail in 'T' section with tongue and groove arrangement for smooth operation of car and counter weight. (d) Type of operation shall be single automatic push button type . (e) Minimum 4 Nos SS Finish 3W LED Fittings and 02 Nos Blower fan with Switch in lift car. (f) Minimum 08 Nos 7/9W LED Bulk Head Fittings for lift well lighting and 08Nos 5Amps Plug Point incl point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm FRLHS cables and control switches. (g) Type of signal system - Hall button with digital hall position indicator, digital car position indicator in car fixtures in stainless stell face plates. (h) 2 Nos, 600 x 600 x 3mm Copper Plate independent Earthing duly connected with 20x3mm copper strip from earth plate to control panel in machine room through Lift well incl necessary earth loopings to Motor, Electrical gadgets etc. (j) All necessary Grouting Plates / Bolts, Nuts, bolts, washers etc. (k) Provision of hoist way and governors rope and governor. (l) Provision of new buffer spring as per manufracturers design. (m) Provision of battery operated alarm and emergency light through inverter of suitable capacity having power back up for a period of minimum 30 minutes . (n) Drive - Permanent Magnet Gearless Machine frame fixed in the machineroom. (o) Over speed governer monitors the speed and triggers safety gears etc shall be installed in the machine room. (p) Necessary scaffoldings in lift well. (q) Pit Ladder. (r) Capacity of ARD battery ( High AMP Hour) should be suitable to perform minimum three continue rescue operation .(s) All tenderers to note to visit the site to verify the dimensions of existing shaft/ lift before quoting their rate.

Safety Measures:- (i) Overload relays. (ii) BMS Compatibility / Potential Free Contactors (Emergency Stop / Opening, Direction Up / Down, Failure, Main mode etc. and fuses. (iii) DO /DC Button and NS Button. (iv) High Quality Electrical Terminals / Sockets. (v) Limit switch with accessories on each doors / cage. (vi) Gravity / counter weight limit switches for top most position. (vii) Break magnet of suitable size with manned released arrangements. (viii) Reverse Phase / Phase sequence corrector. (ix) lift door should be minimum 2 Hrs. fire resistance as specified in IS-14665. (x) Automatic condition monitoring of Polyurethane - Coated Steel Belt to ascertain it's mechanical integrity real time. (xi) Hoist way Access Prevention Special Safety Feature to prevent the elevator from operating after landing door is opened.

M&L 20 mm thick pre-polished Granite slab of approved colour, machine cut, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigments to match the shade of granite tile including grinding and polishing wherever required at site as in skirting/Dado / face of lift over and including cement mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:3 and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick or PCC block or concrete wall etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n exc 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on brick or concrete wall surfaces with cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for prepairing newly plastered surfaces, of wall and applying two coat of OBD over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or un plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparing old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for PCC sub base floor type B-1 ,1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20/25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing including 20 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1: 6 ) for laying in floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab in dado ,20/25mm thick over cement mortar laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 finished rough to receive wall tiles etc.Complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F anodised aluminium frame for doors windows ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleats for fixing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for anodised aluminium door shutters aluminium section weighing 0.55Kg/m including necessary joining cleats glazing clips ruber neoprene packing,handles 2 nos in catch door,hinges anodised aluminium snap beading screw etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters fixed type with out sash bar aluminium section weighing 0.55Kg/m including necessary joining cleats glazing clips ruber packing,anodised aluminium snap beading screw etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with rubber beads n.exc.0.5sqm in each pane etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 5.5mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with rubber beads exc.0.5sqm in each pane etc complete all as specified and as directed.
