NAME OF WORK: Annual Contract for desilting and cleaning of sewer drainage machine holes of existing

drainage line with Pavadi in Sub Zone-04 in South zone - A (Udhana), Surat.

1 Desilting of garbage, rubbish, clay, silt, grit,sludge, industrial

waste and any kind of waste from machine hole of drainage

line with help of Pawdi and including stacking and disposing

of the desilted materials and other waste materials brought

from drainage machine holes as directed by the Engineer in

charge, Contractor shall arrange for personal protective

equipments for his employees as per guide lines such as

helmets, refractive jackets, safety belts, harness, cotton mask

set, hand gloves, gum boots, rope,first aid box etc. and

taking all necessary precautions and safely measures with

safety gears against accident hazards such as test for gases,

safety belt, torches etc. Contractor shall make proper

arrangements for the safety of his employees/ workers as like

diversion boards, dander sign boardes, barricading, cones,

tapes.etc complete. Note: To Entering laboursor workers

into machine hole(chmber) is strickly prohibited
