Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell, socket or power point) including fixtures and fittings such as switch, ceiling rose, pendant, regulator, sockets, light fittings etc, removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (Credit for above items should be as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings, floors etc to match the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed FRLS multi-stranded copper conductor single core cable, drawn through & including PVC non metallic conduit of 20 mm dia ISI marked, concealed in walls, ceilings, floors etc with all accessories including sunk type mild steel 1.6 mm thick terminal boxes with 3 mm thick bakelite sheet top cover ISI marked including PVC insulated and unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm green in colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly including cutting chases & making good the surfaces of walls, ceilings, floors etc and applying necessary white wash/distemper etc to match the existing finishes complete all as specified and directed for the following :- Make of Cable- Havells /policab/Finolex, Make of PVC conduit -Plaza /Kalinga/ Polycab

Taking down old sub main wiring and M&L for new sub main wiring with two runs of single core FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable of size 4.0 Sqmm LT, 1100V grade, drawn through & including PVC non metallic conduit of 20mm/adequate dia with all accessories and one run of 4.0 Sqmm single core multi-stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor. Two runs of cable, one run of earth wire and one run of PVC non metallic conduit shall be measured as one run length. Cable required for connection to DBs & MCBs shall be deemed to be included in unit rate and shall not be measured separately.
