Supply, laying, testing & commissioning of HT 11 KV (Earthed) XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, electric power cable (heavy duty) ISI marked with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade,circular screened with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape , inner sheath of PVC tape galvanized steel strip flat , around and overall PVC sheathed, armoured conforming to IS 7098 Part II, 1985 amended upto date, of size 3 core 95 Sqmm, ISI marked, laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts including taking down old cable of any size all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5m in depth , for foundation ,etc or for shafts, wells , cesspits, main holes etc.n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out on soft/ lose soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm of any soil.

Removing excavated materials(soils) n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Supply & laying of DWC(Double wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked ( Pipe colour orange) of outer dia 120 mm polythylene with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable icluding coupler and bends complete all as specified and directed. make : Astral/Prince or as per list

M/L for GI Tubes,of size 80mm dia medium grade, galvanised, with all fitting , laid in trenches for protection of cable in road /drain crossing complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for GI Tubes,of size 100mm dia medium grade, galvanised, with all fitting , laid in trenches for protection of cable in road /drain crossing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for road cutting upto 300mm deep and 200mm wide for crossing GI pipe line through road including making good the disturbed surface by filling mass concrete( 1:2:4) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Rate of mass concrete is included in quated rate.

M&L for pin type, porcelain, vitreous, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, steel washers and one galvanised nut of size 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified & directed.

M& L for disc type, pocelien, vitreous, white or brown 145mm hieght, 255 mm dia ball and socket type complete with tension assembly clamps for conductor for 11000 volts grade single disc assembly complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix cable end jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 95 sqmm

S&F in vertical type air break switch, gang operated, tripple pole, mechnically operated, outdoor type, with all fittings and accessories mounted on and including HT 11 KV porcelain insulators and steel channel frame, GI operating rod 25 mm dia of suitable length to worked from ground, including locking arrangements , suitable for 11000 volts, 400 Amps current rating complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of HT 11 KV out door non-linear type lightening arrestor with mountings, accessories complete fixed on cross arms of two pole structure / GI flat strip and connect with same size of ACSR conductor encashed in PVC alkathine pipe with all fittings connected to earth strip with nuts, bolts and washers, transmission class having discharge capacity of 65 KA and rupturing capacity 5 KVA and suitable for working pressure 9 KV RMS compelete including all as specified and as directed all as specified and as directed.

S&F drop out fuse unit, explusion type for out door air break gang oprated switch, single pole mounted on and including insulators for 11 KV working pressure fixed to and including MS channel with nuts, bolts and washer etc synthetic bounded fuse tube complete with line capcity suitable for current carrying capacity upto 100 Amps all as directed all as specified and as directed

S&F stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in Electrical Plate No 1 of SSR 2009 (Part I) using stay rod 20mm dia, including clamps made out of 50 x 6mm MS flat, MS galvansied stay plate 300mmx 300mm x 6mm and galvanised thimble including insulator 90x140mm all as specified and as directed. (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete shall be measured and paid separately

M & L for replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 25x20cm size

S&F in true vertical position steel tubular poles 11.0 M long complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws, type 410 SP-55, conforming to relevant IS, including one primer coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminium paint and two coats of bituminous paint inside and out side of bottom portion up to 1.8 mtr length all as specified and provide circular bend 1 No of width 2 cm complete all as specified and directed. (Excavation and earth work , foundation concrete and PCC coping shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and spreading in electrical outdoor installation yard, stone aggregate of size 20 mm at 11KV substations / Near DP structures after through cleaning, anti grass treatment etc all as per pecified and as directed.

M & L for PCC(1:2:4) type C-2 using 20mm grade stone aggregates for coping and similar work all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type C2 (1:4:8)) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling as mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L of Galvanised iron strip 32 x6mm buried in ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, botls, washers, welding bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or irected and inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer, one under coat and one inishing coat of aluminium paint all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6mm thick buried vertically in ground not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level and connected to GI strip 32x6 mm by means of nuts, bolts and washers and encased in and including 15 dia GI medium grade pipe upt 2.4 mtr height form ground level fixed by MS flat iron clamp 40mm x 5mm with nut, bolt and washers, GI strip fixed to base along pole and connected to over head line for providing earthing to HT pole/feeder AB switch LA complete with charcoal dust, salt packed around plate 150 mm thick including watering GI pipe, medium grade 40 mm dia with blanking cap 1.5 mtr long fixed to funnel with wiremesh complete with PCC chamber and RCC chamber over all as per Electrical Plate No 5 of SSR Part I - 2009 incl excavation and earth work in any type of starta and testing on compeltion.
