Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil including dressing and levelling the bed up to the required depth & removing the excavated earth & depositing the same away from the work site within initial lead of 50 mtr & initial lift of 1.5 mtr, including cost of labour T&P articles required for the work including shoring, shuttering, propping & dewatering if required, etc. complete in all respect as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying and filling in foundation trenches and plinth with sand, well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 15cm in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm. Size black hard hand broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry using ordinary Portland cement (OPC), screened and washed sharp sand for mortar including lowering, laying and compacting concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm.thick, watering and curing, including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, all labour sundries and T&P required for the work, including shoring, shuttering, dewatering if required including hire and running charges of all machineries etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Fly Ash Brick Work in C.M (1:6 ) using Fly Ash Bricks of approved quality in Foundation and Plinth including providing key bricks, splays cutting, circular moulding, champering, chiselling including watering, curing with cost , conveyance , royalty taxes of all materials, labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
Fly Ash Brick Work in C.M (1:6) using Fly Ash Bricks of approved quality in superstructure including providing key bricks, splays cutting, circular moulding, champering, chiselling including watering, curing with cost , conveyance , royalty taxes of all materials, labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing 6mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:4) for RCC Surface finished smooth with portland slag cement (IS 455) over a coat of cement wash to ceiling of roof slabs, stair, landings, chajja, shelf and lofts wth cost of all materials, conveyance and royalties, scaffolding, watering and curing, etc. including roughening chiseling, scraping and cleaning and finishing smooth as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing Vitified tiles in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing etc complete including cost of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Ground Floor)
Supplying ,fitting & fixing of stainless of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mmx32mm x2mm @ rate 0.90mtr . c/c and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mmx32mmx2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing , polishing etc with cost ,conveyance, taxes of all materials , labour, T&P etc. required for the complete in all respect.including all cost of labour, T&P hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc. Complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
