Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work and chiselling/wedging out of hard or soft rock (where blasting is prohibited) up to all heights stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in15 Cms, Layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron frames 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts:-

(a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns and the like mass concrete.

(b) Columns, pillars posts and struts upto floor all level.

(c)Beams, cantilever, girders and lintels. Sides and soffits of beam, beam haunchings cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 mtr in depth in all heights from floor.

(d) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls. Under 20 cm. Wide.

(e) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floors etc. up to 200 mm in thickness.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement:6sand:12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement:4sand:8 graded stone aggregate 25mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed vibrated reinforced concrete of mixed design to have characteristics strength of M-20 GRADE and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including carriage of material in all leads and lifts:-

(a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns and the like mass concrete.

(b) Suspended floors, roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers lintels in all heights.

(c) Columns, pillars posts and struts upto floor all level.

P/L up to first floor two level reinforcement C.C 1:2:4 (1 Cement 2 sand 4 grade stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) to give a smooth and evev surface i/c centering and shuttering etc. but excluding cost of reinforcement in : Kerbs,steps and the like.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire up to all heights including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly under floors including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement 2 sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)laid in one layer fnished with afloating coat of neat cement. 50mm thick.

Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint including carriage of material inn all leads and lifts:-

(a) In beams, joists, channels, angles, tee, flats with connection plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like.

6mm cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. In cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3sand).

15mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering up to all heights including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth including carriage of material in all leads and lifts:- In cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand).

Distempering (Two coat) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on un decorated wall surface to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all grease, dirt, loose pieces of scales including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equrlied on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
