Note 3: In case of vendors registered under composition levy scheme separate charge of GST shall not be applicable. Note 4: Applicable duty of customs and IGST will be taken into account for the purpose of Bid Evaluation. Note 5: In case of import of goods or in case of purchase through High Sea Sale (HSS), tax portion will remain blank. Note 6: Unit rate shall be inclusive of Freight, insurance, TPI charges etc FOR site basis. Note 7: Given Schedule of Rates (SOR) to be treated in conjunction with scope of work/services/supply & terms and conditions given along with enquiry documents. Note 8: The above prices is for the complete scope of wok /services/ supplies as defined in the bid/enquiry document. Any materials, works/services required for completion of the work as per scope but not defined in the SOR (schedule of rates), the same is deemed to be included in the quoted price as above. Note 9: Vendor scope includes Complete Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of overall Gas Detection System as directed by GSPL EIC Including required cable laying ,termination ,trenching,routing,marking, loop checking etc. , cable tray with cover and all requrired Accessories and items like cable tie , tagging etc. shall be in bidder/vendor's scope. Note 10: Gas Monitor/Controller Panel with Control Cards shall be provided by considering 20% Spares i.e. 10 Control cards for OPD/PGDS & 2 Spare Control cards. Hooter & Beacon shall be provided in Panel for Alarms for GALA terminal. Note 11:Gas Monitor/Controller Panel with Control Cards shall be provided by considering 20% Spares i.e. 18 Control cards for OPD/PGDS & 4 Spare Control cards. Hooter & Beacon shall be provided in Panel for Alarms for Morbi Terminal. Note 12:Supply & installation of 6 inch dia Mounting Pole for OPDs & 3 inch dia Pole for PGDs in Vendor scope whereever required. Note 13: Mounting arrangement for Hooter, Beacon and JB is also in vendor scope. Location as directed by GSPL EIC.
