Work of construction of wall for protection of Transformer at 132 KV sub-station Lal Tappar.

Excavation of earth in mixed soil, dry, wet soft and hard rock making foundation including cost of all labor, T&P and materials as per direction of site engineer.(7.5x 0.75 x 1.75 mtr.)

PCC work 75 mm thick in ratio with 20 mm size stone ballast/ graded single coarse sand and cement in preparation 1:4:8 in foundation pad of retaining wall including cost of cement and all material, labor, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work etc. (as per drawing). (7.5 x 0.65 x 0.75)

RCC work in ratio 1:1.5:3 with 20 mm size stone ballast/ graded single coarse sand and cement in preparation 1:4:8 in foundation pad of retaining walls including cost of cement and all material, labor, T&P etc. required for completion of work. ((4 x (0.6 x 0.6 x 7.5))+ (6 x 0.6 x 0.3)+(6 x 0.45 x 0.3)+(6 x 0.37 x 0.3) (as per drawing).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth, cement mortar 1:4 as 1 cement : 4 coarse sand). ((7.5x7x0.49)-(3.66+13.4))

12 mm cement plaster of mix. 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).((7 x 6 x 2)+ (7 x 1/2(0.6+0.37)x2)

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth.

Distempering with first quality Acrylic washable distemper (ready mixed) of approve manufacturer of required shade and colour complete with minimum two coat each.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level (Mild steel and medium tensile steel bars) as per drawing.

Work of strenthening of store capacity by M.S. fabrication and P.C.C work before/ in front of switchyard.

Work of Loading and unloading of conductors, Tower parts etc. for making of M.S. fabrication shed by manually or hiring the hydra and unload it in the suitable place as per direction of site incharge. Work includes cost of all labour and T&P charges.

Providing and fixing of 75 x 37.5 mm size, M.S. pipe for Horizontal supporting to Metal sheet. M.S pipe 16 guage swg, make of reputed company as Apollo etc. Work done with cost of all material, Transportation and labour charges.

Providing, fabricating and fixing of 1.00 mm thick with Zinc coated G.S. roofing sheet (not less than 2.75 gm/m2 corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts, nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I.limpet washer, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete) on the above Vertically and horizontally pipe structure. Work including cutting, welding, drilling to size and shape wherever required including cost of all material, transportation charges,labour and T&P.(total sheet area 44 feet x 20 feet)

Work of painting by one coat of primer and two coat of oil paint of suitable colour on above Tin shed supporting structure. Work includes cost of all labour, material and T&P cost as per direction of site incharge.

PCC work of 75 m.m. thick in ratio with 20 mm size stone ballast/ graded single coarse sand and cement in preparation 1:4:8 in foundation pad of retaining wall including cost of cement and all material, labor, T&P etc.required for proper completion of work etc. (13 mtr x 6 x 0.075)

Work of making the platform by PCC work of 180 mm height in ratio with 20 mm size stone ballast/ graded stone, coarse sand and cement in preparation 1:2:4. Work including cost of centering, shttering, cement and all material, labor, T&P etc.required for proper completion of work etc. (13 x 6 x 0.18)

Work of 02 nos. M.S. fabrication and their P.C.C work inside the switchyard (for keeping fire fighting equipments).
