Details Survey as per tenrative route Which includes the following majar activities- Pegging of line route, providing of servey pillar at an interval of 3-4 Km in the line route with required jungle clearance for survey, Profile preparation of approved route on graph sheet and marking of offset on eighter side of line, marking of side clearance for hills, sand dunes etc. as per specification and tower scheduling.

Check survey as per approved route of line which includes - Rechecking of the line route as per approved profil. Chainage tower centre marking, pit marking bisection of angle tower as requrred at site.

Identification of Land and Preparation of Land compensation Case - The Land Identification and compensation case shall be prepared completely by the contractor during item No.2 (Check Survey of BOQ (Service) of NIB) as per GoR notification No. F.12 (31) Energy/2024-02647 dated 05.11.2024 & Gazette Notification dated 08.11.2024 and its further amendments dated 23.07.2025 titled as "Policy for payment for in regard to Right of Way for transmission line Rajasthan" land identification for compensation of RoW" i. Identify Landowners and issue notice to proceed ii. Collect documents (e.g. proof of identity and ownership) iii Verify land records with revenue maps / officials (by revenue officials) iv Measure tower footing/corridor area in the presence of landowners and revenue officials(by TSP)

Documentation of Preparation of case for land compensation as per issued vide Gazette notification No. F.12(31) Energy/2024-02647 dated 05.11.2024 & Gazette Notification dated 08.11.2024 and its further amendments dated 23.07.2025 after collecting applicable DLC rate for disbursement of land compensation to land owners. i In case of grievances relating to land rates, DM to issue orders on land rates: ii. Land Use compensation Amount ROW: Calculation sheet based on the DLC and/ or Rate Determination by DM and land measurement of various land owners based on measurement sheet iii Disburse the Payment and receipt from Land Owner iv Any other misc. work related to Land acquisition or preparing documents related thereof.

Excavation Excavation excluding back filling, including shoring, shuttering, dewatering etc. uptothe required depath as per foundation specification / drawing. (i) Any Soil, soft rock other than hard rock

Setting of Template & Stub / Anchor Bolt Setting of template & stub / Anchor bolt & removal after concreting excluding cost of excavation and concretingbut including back filling with excavated / borrowed earth (with lead & lift) in layers withramming and watering as per specification (i) Towers including extension upto 9Meters

CONCRETING: Providing and laying cement concrete for all types of foundation as per latest ISS:456 including cement, sand stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size, water etc. preparing surface, shuttering mixing, placing, ramming, curing, finishing as per specification and drawing. (ii) 1:3:6 Mix

Steel Rainforcement Cutting, Bending, Welding of joints if required fixing and Placing of steel rainforcement as per specification and drawing including material.
