REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF VOLTAGE STABILIZERS, LIGHTENING CONDUCTOR, SIGN BOARDS, E/M INSTALLATION, PREPAID METER/POSTPAID METER AND OTHER MISC WORKS AT MIL STN YOL

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc. 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, in any kind of soil and making good surfaces, complete all as specified and directed .

Plain cement concrete, M-7.5 (Nominal Mix) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc, complete all as specified and directed .

Rolled mild steel work as in posts & struts in fencing using angle, iron or other sections, including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilled holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting and riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Unit rate is also included locking holes after fixing of barbed wire and welding to bent portion as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire complete.

Supply only chain link hot dipped galvanised fencing, any type or size

Mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0, complete all as specified.

Preparation of steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Construction of platform of size 3000 x 2500 x 1200 mm for installation of transformer with brick steps on one side, chain link fencing around transformer, fencing should have hinged door and locking arrangements complete all as per Drg No. CEPZ/C-TD/002/13 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
