Dismantling and taking down U/S point wiring of any type (light, fan, socket, power) complete fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, lamp holder, light fitting etc including CI/Pressed steel terminals, switch box, and making good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc, to match with the existing surfaces of wall/floor complete all as specified and directed. Note :- If the contractor fail to make good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc and do not match with the existing surface of wall/floor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge a recovery @ of Rs. 50/- per RM will be made from payment due to the Contractor. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding.

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed single core cable of multistranded copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm as phase & neutral drawn in and including PVC conduit(HMS), duly concealed to wall/floor of suitable size with all fitting and accessories laid on wall/ceiling alongwith 1.5 sqmm stranded PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor(Green in color) as earth wire and connected to common earth dolly incl making good to surface with CM(1:4) plaster and paint to match the surface complete all as specified and directed for one 5/15 Amps socket on independent board complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- i) Cost of cutting chases of suitable girth where required on brick /concrete surface and making good disturbed surface shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates ii) If the contractor fail to make good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc and do not match with the existing surface of wall/floor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge a recovery @ of Rs. 50/- per RM will be made from payment due to the Contractor. Taking down the unserviceable water storage heater of 25/50ltrs capacity, any type and make, refixing the same after cleaning the scaling deposited in the inner container and water pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note - repair of unserviceable bolts incl regrouting shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by tenderer. However GI fittings shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only.

S&F in repair of bib tap, cast-copper alloy with crutch handle screwed down, screwed for inner pipe of 15 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of exhaust fan 450/380 mm sweep of any make/ model, opening for cutting, taking out existing unserviceable winding wire, rewinding with super enamel copper wire of existing gauge, including varnishing and insulating material with washer, split pin, checknut, hanging clutch, condenser clamp, assembling,with required flexible wire 0.5 mtr and testing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item 25.00 above but for exhaust fan 350/300 mm sweep. complete all as specified and directed..

Taking down exhaust fans 450/380/350/300/250/200 mm sweep, removing and cleaning of dust properly, oiling and greasing of bearing with and including repair of washer, new split pin & any other minor spare parts such as new screw, checknut, pin etc and refixing in position, connecting, testing complete all as specified and directed.
