Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick jumper work blasting and chiselling soft/ hard reock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts i/c trimming & dressing of side levelling of bed stacking the excavated soil in 15 Cm layers when required in to sides of foundation etc. including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and soring strutting timbering & dewatering where ever required complete in all respect as per the direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6, (1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement and reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundations and Plinth in all leads and lifts.

Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fairfinish I/c centring , shuttering , strutting and proping etc.with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4m and removal of the same for insitu- reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in :-

Foundations, footings, basis of columns & the like and mass concrete in all leads and lifts.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness), partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttress,plinthand string courses and the like in all leads and lifts.

(b) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors roofs landings and the like floors etc upto 200 mm in thickness.

Laying in trenches, galvenised mild steel tubes (Light grade) tube fittings (earth work to be measured and paid for separately)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 work (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

i) Suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever up to floor two levels.

Providing & fixing precast concrete manhole cover & frame conforming to IS-12593-1988,part-I and IS 12592-1991, part-II, 560mm diameter , medium duty.

Providing and placing in horizontal layers filtering media duly graded,screened,washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer in charge.

Top Layer :-FineSand Screened, washed, cleaned & graded from 2.00 mm to 3.00 mm from approved quarry.

2nd Layer :-Coursed sand screened, cleaned, washed & graded 3 mm to 6 mm from approved quarry.

3rd Layer :-Bajri screaned, washed and graded 6 mm to 20 mm from approved quarry.

4th Layer :-Bajri screaned, washed & graded 20 mm to 25 mm from approved quarry.

5th Layer :- Brocken stone screaned, washed and graded for 50 mm to 75 mm from approved quarry.

Providing and placing Ist class standard bricks in filter bed in two layers so as to make cross drains as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing of MS Fabricated Protection Panel 750 mm x 750 mm made with MS Angle 40 x 40 x 4 mm for frame, MS Angle 30 x 30 x 3 mm for cover, MS Flat 25 x 5 mm for fixing of sliding door bolt and MS Sheet 4.00 mm thick for protection of manhole covers of storage tanks including the cost of cutting and welding of MS angle, MS Flat & MS Sheet, embedding in RCC Slab by drilling holes in MS angle & in RCC slab, provision for providing and fixing sliding door bolt 300 x 16 mm, MS Handle 100 mm, Lock and applying a coat of red lead paint & painting two coat with steel paint (Firoza Blue) complete job in all respect in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in - Charge.
