(2.8.1) Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) manual means in foundation trenches or drains (Not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m

(2.25 A) Excavating supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

(5.22) Steel reinforcement of R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

(5.3) Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15* landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1:5:3 (

(4.10) Providing and laying damp-proof course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4

(5.9.1) Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for (Foundation, footings, bases of columns, etc for mass concrete.

(5.9.5) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

(6.2.1) Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of clas designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

6.13.2 Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level. Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

11.5 62 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1.2 ( 1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate, 6mm nominal size) by volume hardening compound mixed @2 litre per 50 kg of cement of as per manufacture's specification. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc.

(13.2.1) 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix.

(13.3.1) 20 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

(12.50) Roofing (Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer -in- charge) 0.50 mm ……………

12.51 Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester to coat 15-18 microns using self drilling /self tapping screws complete.

13.26 (Painting) Providing and applying plaster or paris putty of 2 mm thickness overplasterd surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

13.48 (A) Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/Litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives.
