Repairs to 300 mm dia M.S rising main with other allied works at lift irrigation scheme Johama.

Amount

a) the help of manual/ skilled labour , drilling machine, other tools & tackles for making suitable size of opening for fitting of 300 mm dia. M.S departmental pipe. The job also includes earth excavation with the help of manual labour for proper alignment of M.S pipe. b) Fabrication of long radius bend flanged type from departmental M.S pipe and 02 no. flanges by way of cutting, welding, belting etc. with the help of skilled labours, D.G set, welding set, gas cutter, other tools & tackles and fitted it properly by way of tightening nuts & bolts (4kg). c) Cleaning of mechanical items like Pump casing, sluice valve, suction/ delivery bend which was totally chocked with mud by way of dismantling all items at site one by one, removing mud with the help of manual labours, then fitted back to their actual position. The job also includes providing/fitting of nuts/bolts five kg for the completion of work. d) Providing of palmative packing 4kg for pumping units. Shifting of unserviceable material like pipes, pump casing, sluice valve, reflex valve by way of loading/ unloading in private load carrier with the help of manual labour from site to sub divisional store with a lead of 6km.
