Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of exposed brick wall surface by cleaning the surface wire brush to remove all dirt/loose materials from the bricks and from the joints between the bricks. Prepared surface should be then washed with diluted HCL acid (dilution ratio of 1:50) for three times in a day for two days. After acid wash surface should be allowed to be air dried for one day. NOTE : - Further treatment over the surface so achieved will be carried out only after approved of the same by GE.

Material and labour for two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on newly plastered surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of oil bound distemper of new plastered surface of wall and over applying over a coat of alkali resistant primer using roller over 3 mm thick with cement based wall care putty including necessary scaffoldings etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of PVC false ceiling consisting of 600 mm x 600 mm, 5mm (+ 0.25) thick plain embossed PVC sheet of density 600 Kg/Cbm manufactured by an ISO-9001-2015 certified company, used as panel insert in a frame work made using anodised aluminium T-section of sizes 1" x 1" (25 mm x 25 mm, 1 mm thick) in square pattern of grid sizes of 2' x 2' (600 mm x 600 mm). SCHEDULE A PART I (E&M WORKS) Dismantling/taking down carefully aluminium/ copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators , sockets, light fittings etc., removing materials to stores for keeping in safe custody for taking credit and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, ceiling etc to match with the existing surfaces with matching OBD/White wash/Distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

(ii) On testing if the earth resistance is not obtained within permissible limit, earthing will be re-done at NO extra cost ,till the desired earth resistance is obtained. (iii) Any joint in earth lead from earth electrode to test point shall not be allowed/permitted.
