OUTSOURCING OF SERVICES PERTAINING TO THE CLERICAL TRADE FOR UPDATING FILE SYSTEM, DATA ENTRY OPERATOR AND MULTI-TASKING STAFF FOR EFFICIENT FUNCTIONING OF THE OFFICE OF GE(AF) PURNEA

Providing services of Data Entry Operator for clerical works like operating of computer, internet knowledge, generation of reports and returns, data entry, typing of letters, and photocopying and faxing, receiving and disposal of dak/letters maintaining of register, deploying person(s) having 12th class pass from a recognised board and minimum two years experience with well working and practical knowledge about relevant trade, minimum typing speed of 30 wpm, well behaved and disciplined for a shift of 08 hours (9.00AM to 5.00PM), per working day.

Providing services of Multi-tasking Staff (MTS) for the work of Photocopying of documents and works such as conveyance of message/files/letters within the office complex/station, listing out the letters in Dak register/Record register, dispatching & receiving of letters, opening of files and maintaining the office documents (files, registers, books etc.), photocopying, layout of files as per numbering in racks/almirahs, keeping all office equipments/documents etc neat & clean and other related works as given by the Officer-in-Charge, deploying person(s) 10th class pass from a recognised board and having working and practical knowledge, well behaved and disciplined for a shift of 08 hours from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM, per working day.

Notes applicable for serial item No 1.00 to 2.00 here-in-before:- (i) The description of various items of services to be performed as mentioned above are in brief and these shall be deemed to be amplified and read in conjunction with the Special Conditions & the Particular Specifications here-in-after. (ii) Proper dress of worker as directed by Engineer-in-Charge shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost. (iii) All worker/employee engaged on the work should have their own conveyance. (iv) Material required will be provided by the Department. (v) The quoted rate of above items shall be deemed to be include payment of wages, mode of payment, EPF/ESI payment to worker/employee as per latest instruction issued by MOD/GoI. Accordingly, bidder should quote their offer. (vi) All the safety equipments and tools related to services to be performed by the workmen shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (viii) The person shall be deployed after police verification & shall possess a valid ID proof.
