INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply, fix and testing of slim recessed LED downlighter square shaped with white powder coated aluminium housing with integrated electronic driver, 18 Watts, with latest LED technology and efficient optics ensuring perfectly uniform illumination and unparalled light distribution with power factor >0.95 and all other specifications as per IS-10322/IEC-60598 standard complete including all accessories and provision of PVC sheathed 3 core 1.5 sqmm copper conductor for connection complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply Install testing and commissioning of centrifugal Monoblock pump set of 2.2 KW/ 3HP, Three phase, 415 V, 50 Hz of 24 mtr head Suction 65 x 50mm with cast iron impeller and gland packing with necessary base plate duly grouted as recommended by OEM , pressure gauges with control valves, provn for priming etc, foundation and connection from starter to motor using suitable size of copper cable drawn through suitable size concealed rigid PVC conduit pipe all complete all as directed

Supply, fix, connecting and testing of MCCB 4 pole, 32A, 25 KA, 415V on existing DG panel board including modification with 2mm thick CRCA sheet totally enclosed matching with existing panel board by drilling, cutting, grinding etc including enhancing/ extension of existing bus bars suitable for proposed load for incoming connection with proper insulators and provision of outgoing cable connection of suitable size to the outlet terminal of MCCB using suitable size of lugs and gland, spread terminal set all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cast iron foot valve of size 65mm dia conforming to IS-3098 complete with gaskets, bolt, nut and washers all as directed.

Supply and lay galvanized, Iron pipes of "Medium grade", of size 65mm bore including fittings and fixtures , laid in ground or fixed in wall as specified and as directed

Supply and fix Liquid chlorinator 6 Ltr/hour at 4 kg/ cm2 pressure with 100Ltr FRP Solution container complete with CI Ventuary conduit, rubber bag, control valves and pipe connections etc all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply, fix, connecting and testing of MCCB 4 pole, 160A, 36 KA, 415V on existing LT panel board including modification with 2mm thick CRCA sheet totally enclosed matching with existing panel board by drilling, cutting, grinding etc including enhancing/ extension of existing bus bars suitable for proposed load for incoming connection with proper insulators and provision of outgoing cable connection of suitable size to the outlet terminal of MCCB using suitable size of lugs and gland, spread terminal set all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Install, Testing and commissioning LT distribution board (Indoor Type) suitable size, CPRI Approved factory made, Single door, Cubical type, Compartmentalized design, back door, openable, fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA steel sheet, weather / dust / vermin proof, suitable spaced totally enclosed in chamber, earthing arrangement, locking arrangement with one no lock with duplicate key duly painted with powder coated paint having danger notice boards and earthing terminals on both sides and including providing the following items incl connection of all incoming and outgoing cables using suitable size lugs and glands, Spreader terminal set, control wiring, panel to be mounted on cable trench if required with base channels as required complete in all respect all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge including comprising of following items :-

Supply and fix 45Watts LED security light fitting with pressure die cast IP 65 protection luminous effciency of 100 lm/watt, PF>0.95, CRI>80, Colour temperature 5700k suitable for primary roads with all connected accessories including bracket made out of GI tubing of 32mm outer dia, 1.2m length, light grade with GI clamps, nuts and bolts etc for fixing of fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable Junction box made out of polycarbonate material IP 66 of size 205 X 255 X 112 mm including 1 No MCB of 6 Amps with DIN bar and 4 Nos FRP insulators with metric knockouts for cable entry for 16/25 Sq mm cable, and fixing the box to street light pole by means of clamps made out of 25mm x 3mm flat iron, nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling of trenches in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtained from excavated soil upto depth of 30cm (8cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS 1255-1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.
