Supply and laying in replacement of high voltage insulation mat (blue in colour) made of elastomeric polymers material having a high insulation resistance, thus imparting total safety of human being from any leakage current, having high insulation resistance of class B of size 2.5 mm thick and 1.0 m width LT grade confirming to IS - 15652 : 2006, including pasting of mat with SR-998 by adding thinner as per requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for dismantling of main gear box assembly mounted on sedimention tank and cleaning, overhauling,greasing and replacement of gear oil approx 10 ltr , lathe work on Gear drum/pininon and shaft wheel gear with proper alignment and refixing in same location including testing complete all as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surface of panels, 150/250/300 mm pipe lines, railing and Chaqured plate etc and protect meters, switches, duct cover from painting and paint with spray gun with one coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surface with the help of paint remover, scrapper & fine ambery paper and painting with two coat of heat resistance paint with the help of spray gun on 150/120/100/75 HP Centrifugal pump set including motor, and writing SM No/ Maching No and connect back all Electrical connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surface with the help of paint remover, scrapper & fine ambery paper and painting with two coat of heat resistance paint with the help of spray gun on 30/15/12.50/10 HP Centrifugal pump set including motor, and writing SM No/ Maching No and connect back all Electrical connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surface with the help of paint remover, scrapper & fine ambery paper and painting with tow coat of heat resistance paint with the help of spray gun on 5/3/1/0.50HP Centrifugal pump set including motor, and writing SM No/ Maching No and connect back all Electrical connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old painted surface and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint ( existing colour ) first quality on NRV /Sluice valve of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for disconnecting motor 150 HP all electrical connections , removing the motor from the base and opening up the motor carefully and cleaning, servicing,greasing including varnishing complete, heating, replacement of worn out bearing with reassembling, mounting the same,including testing on full load up to entire satisfaction, complete all as directed . Note:- (i) The cost of bearing rates shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) other Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items

Material and Labour for disconnecting all electrical connections , removing the pump 150 HP from the base and opening up the pump carefully and overhauling , cleaning, servicing, greasing and including replacement of worn out bearing,worn out gland bush,and reassembling, mounting the same, including testing on full load up to entire satisfaction , complete all as directed. Note:- (i) The cost of bearing rates shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) other Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm, burried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate vertically to a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to galvanised steel strip32x6 mm dia of any length as required at site, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel, earth lead wire encased in and including 40mm bore GI medium grade pipe for protection of G I strip 20 mm dia watering pipe medium grade including charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil /strata all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including funnel with wire mesh, earthing chamber with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 80 mm thick precast RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) and frame including all excavation and earth work etc. all as specified. Note : (i) Earth chamber shall be constructed at least 1.50 metre away from the top of earth electrode, the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

Supply and Fixing in replacement GI strip 32 x 6 mm complete laid in trenches / ducts fixed on steel structure complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for opening up the motor 150 HP carefully and removing burnt windings from stator and rewinding with suitable gauge of supper enamelled copper insulated wire and superior insulating material including varnishing, heating, greasing replacement of worn out bearing, reassembling the same,including testing on full load up to entire satisfaction, complete all as directed .
