Providing, laying and fitting of 1.1 KV, 120 sqmm , 3.5 core Aluminum XLPE insulated armoured cable of (Havells/finolex/polycab/gloster make) from substation to MCCB with each terminal of cable duly thimbled, crimped and properly insulated using suitable sized Al thimbles. The cable is to be laid underground in PVC pipe by way of earth excavation using manual labour and then refilling of trench after laying of cable.

Providing and fitting of 3-pole 415V MCCB with thermal magnetic release having 36kA breaking capacity (Ics= 100% Icu) (Make: L&T/schnieder) having max. thermal release range of 200A

Fabrication, providing and fitting of 05feet×03feet floor mounted LT panel board fabricated out of ISA 40×40×5 mm fitted with 19 mm ply board in rear and with sun mica sheet in front supported by two vertical posts in ISA 40×40×5 mm with each leg 04 feet height, one feet embedded in ground duly grouted in cement concrete M15 mix. The job includes providing and fitting of analogue type Voltmeter 0-500 V (01 no.). Ampere meter 0-200A (01 no.), neon type indicating lamps (06 no.) for incoming and outgoing circuits including wiring of suitable amperage as per site requirement including thimbling of reputed make on panel board. The job includes all cost of carriage of material, skilled labour, AC/DC welding set, DG set, nuts, bolts, unforeseen items, tools and tackles as required for completion of job at site.
