Dismantling/Checking of all damaged switchgears, capacitors, measurement instrument, indicating lights, relay and removing of complete wiring and mechanical connection at site.

Servicing of the panels including complete dusting, decarbonizing and cleaning with CTC all contact points, alignment of doors, tightening of all nuts and bolts etc. as required at site.

Fixing of following components i.e. contactor, A.P.F.C. Relay, capacitors and all measurement components, indicating lights, in their respective space in existing APFC panels duly wired, tapping, thumbling, ferruling and connection with main bus bar both in outgoing incoming part .

Fabrication & supply of MS enclosure in 2mm CRCA sheet with base frame duly painted for fixing the capacitor unit & above mention switchgears With lockable door front opening and suitable to install at site.

Installation, commissioning, testing of the capacitor unit across the transformer with cable connection both incoming & out going with thimbling, required hardware & required civil work at site.

Painting of complete APFC panel board etc. as required at site.

Testing & Commissioning of the APFC panel & setting of APFC relay to get target Power factor 0.98 to upto unity on load & off load.
