Providing of flex boards for Srivari Brahmotsavams & other functions in KKC, Asthanamanadapam and RBGH areas of DYEE (SS-II) sub-division at Tirumala for the year 2026-27

Digital design, supply and erection of Flex sheet boards with back support of frame work made with 25mm x 25mm MS square pipe (light weight) to erect at the specified places as directed by the department. The cost is including all materials, labour for printing, erection at specified place including cost and conveyance all materials, labour charges etc., complete as directed by the Department.

Hire charges for Supply and erection of digital design flex banner with required material like threads and sticks etc., to erect specified place as directed by the department. The cost is including material, labour for printing, erection and removal after completion of the function etc complete as directed during execution.

Supply and fixing of glow sign radium stickered Text / sign (or) picture of different sizes directly on the glass door partitions/Sheets/Floors/Roads/walk ways/walls etc., as directed during execution using glow sign radium stickers one layer including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Providing & fixing directional boards / junction boards of various sizes as specified by the department, made out of Type – XI of ASTMD 4956-09 wide angle cube cornered micro Prismatic Retro reflective sheeting and confirming to IRC 67:2012 for full background of Green / Blue Colour & White Letters and fixed over 4mm Aluminium Composite Material sheet having minimum 0.5 mm thick Aluminium skin on both sides with back side painted grey colour and fixed over back support frame of M.S angle 25 x 25 x 3mm all round and fixing with 35x35x4mm and mounted on MS hollow section post of different sizes as specified (excluding cost of Post) The signpost should be painted with one coat of red oxide paint and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint silver metallic. The signpost shall be firmly fixed with MS base plate in to the ground by M-15 Concrete foundation. The rate including cost and conveyance of all materials ,equipment, machinery and labour with all leads and lift, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.( but excluding cost of earth work and M 15 foundation concrete and MS supporting structure ) (3M India Make or quivalent)

Writing the sign boards, Direction boards and painting Rangolies over M.S sheet with two coats of back ground one coat primary & one coat synthetic enamel paint over the sign boards with printing two coats with synthetic enamel paint over the back ground. The rate includes cost of paint, labour charges, scaffolding etc., required for the work. The paint should be done with first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make as directed during execution.

Artist painting to like God/ Animal/Birds pictures/Sceneries over Walls and MS sheet with three coats back ground (one coat primary & two coat synthetic enamel paint) the rate including cost of labour charges / Artist remuneration / materials cost like (Painting / brushes / scaffolding etc) complete as directed during execution.

Supply of glow sign vinyl stickered name plate / sign (or) instruction boards using 4mm ACP (Aluminum composite panel) sheet as back ground and glow sign vinyl sticker one layer for letters of different sizes as directed during execution including cost of ACP sheet, vinyl sticker and all labour charges for computer design and cutting, pasting and fixing the boards as directed during execution.

Supply and fixing of Glow Sign Radium stickers name plate / sign (or) instruction boards using 3mm thick Acrylic white sheet as back ground and glow sign radium sticker one layer for letters of different sizes as directed during execution including cost of 3mm thick Acrylic sheet, radium sticker and all labour charges for computer design and cutting, pasting and fixing the boards to walls.
