Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors & wall, laid bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tile 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick Light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item no 9 above but on vertical face/skirting including 10mm thick backing coat or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes with CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured walls tiles in vertical surfaces 450X 300X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick rendering for backing coat on vertical surface of wall or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 to receive wall tiles complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab for Platform top and sides 20-25mm thick over cement 15mm thick backing coat laid and jointed with CM 1:4 grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl rounding edges including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Green Marble work 16 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like over 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble to match over and including all sides rounding edge complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal out side MD land all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F 16mm bore high density CPVC CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specifie all as directed.

Taking up or down 25mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal out side MD land all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 10mm toughened clear glass shower partition with 1nos sliding glass door including cutting & edge polishing, SS U channel/ clamps, top sliding rail & rollers, stoppers, bottom guide, D type handles ( both sides), silicone (neutral cure) for watertight joints, installation, alignment, frosted strip and all miscellaneous hardware & labour.

S&F decorative wooden wall panelling consist of seasoned sal wood framework (50x25mm) at 600mm c/c spacing fixed to wall surafce using screws and plugs, covered with 19mm BWP grade plywood (ISI mark), finished with natural veneer (0.5mm thick teak /walnut/oak) and PU polish (3 coat system,matt/semi gloss finish) including adhesive (fevicol SH/SR 505), edgebeading, grooves, and complete labour and finishing.
