Internal Water Supply Works

Item No 1 : Brass CP central hole basin mixer suitable for WHB screwed down for iron pipe,complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Jaquar, Cat Part No MQT-516A or equivalent in Cera, Hindware.

Item No 2 : Wall mixer with 115mm long bend pipe for connection to over head shower ,complete all as specified.Make - Jaquar, Cat Part No MQT-517B or Equivalent in Parryware/Cera/Hindware.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Item No. 03 : Point wiring (using approved colour coding as per IS) with 1100 volts grade, stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), FRLS,PVC insulated and unsheathed cable IS 694 marked TEC and FIA approved in and including PVC concealed conduit(thickness not less than 1.5mm and 20 m dia) and its fittings ISI marked PVC junction boxes,mild steel terminal sunken boxes (suitable for switches / sockets with earth dolly ) duly painted internally and externally with two coats of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of primer, covered with and including 3mm thick bakelite for suitable sizes make Hylum sheet, also including FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) 1100 volts grade, copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following:-

Item No. 03(a) One Light/Fan/Bell point controlled by one switch 5Amp (light/fan/exhaust)

Item No. 03(b) Socket outlet, three pin, 5 Amp, on independent board.

Item No. 03(c). Socket outlet, three pin, 5 Amp, on the same board wth other switches.

Item No. 03 (d). One light point controlled by 2 two way switch 5 Amps.

ITEM NO. 05 : Sub-main wiring with 2 single core FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor of 6 Sq mm drawing in & including heavy grade PVC Concealed conduit ISI marked of suitable size with all accessories and one additional 1 run of wire of 6 Sq mm but green in colour for earth DBs and boxes with proper thimbles,complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE:-Two rurns of cable ,1 run of earth wire & one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one length.)

ITEM NO.06 : Sub-main wiring with 2 single core FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor of 4 Sq mm drawing in & including heavy grade PVC Concealed conduit ISI marked of suitable size with all accessories and one additional 1 run of wire of 4 Sq mm but green in colour for earth DBs and boxes with proper thimbles,complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE :-Two rurns of cable ,1 run of earth wire & one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one length)

ITEM NO. 07 : Sheet metal enclosure,loadline vertical DB, TPN 415 volts, 4 way, IP-43 protection suitable for 63 Amps,4 pole MCCB as incomer,Double door type, grouting in wall in CM, making electrical connections, complete all as specified and directed.Make:-Havells,CAT part No-DHDLVSRWGOFO04 or equivalent in Hager/Indoasian.

ITEM NO 08: Sheet metal enclosure MCB DB, SPN, 240 volts, 8 way, double door type grouting in wall in CM, making electrical connections, complete all as specified and directed.Make:-Havells,CAT part No-DHDNSHODDW08 or equivalent in Hager/Indoasian.

ITEM NO 09: Sheet metal enclosure MCB DB, SPN, 240 volts, 4 way, double door type grouting in wall in CM, making electrical connections, complete all as specified and directed.Make:-Havells,CAT part No-DHDNSHODDW04 or equivalent in Hager/Indoasian.

ITEM NO. 10 : MCB SP, 230 Volt , 50 Hzs, 6 to 32 A, 10 KA , "B" curve, complete all as specified and directed.Make:-Havells,CAT part No-DHMGBSPF006-032 or equivalent in Hager/Indoasian.

ITEM No 12 : MCB SPN 'B' Curve as incommer, 230 volt , 50 Hzs, 40 Amps, 10 KA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Make:-Havells,CAT part No-DHMGCSNF040 or equivalent in Hager/Indoasian.

ITEM No 13 : MCB SPN 'B' Curve as incommer, 230 volt , 50 Hzs, 16 Amps, 10 KA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO. 14 : Ceiling fan complete with accessories 230 V, 50 Hz, 1400 mm sweep confirming to IS374-2019, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells ES-505/ Bajaj / USHA or equivalent make as mentioned in Appendix 'B'.

ITEM NO. 15 : Electronic step type ceiling fan regulator flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc. as reqd., 240 volt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM No 16 : LED Lamp 10 Watts 230 Volts 50 Hz,retrofit B22 bas for lamp holder,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: C&S ,Chandra series Lumeno LED lamp CAT-LHLDERUEML8X010/Havells/Philips or equivalent makes as mentioned in Appendix 'B'.

ITEM No 17 : Exhaust fans AC single phase 230/ 240 V of size 380 mm sweep 1400 RPM with louver complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Havells Turbo Force SP / Bajaj / USHA or equivalent makes as mentioned in Appendix 'B'.

ITEM NO. 18 : Tube light fitting, 1x18/20 W,LED 230v energy efficent Batten fitting, with Driver etc complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible cable copper conductor including 18/20 watt LED tube rod complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make Havells , Trica Series Cat Part No. LHEXBYPNIN1W020/WIPRO/HPL or equivalent makes as mentioned in Appendix 'B'.

ITEM No 19 : Tube light fitting, 1x10 W, LED 230v energy efficent Batten fitting, with Driver etc complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible cable copper conductor including 1 x 10 watt LED tube rod complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make Havells, Trica Series Cat Part No. LHEXBYPNIN1W010 /WIPRO/HPL or equivalent makes as mentioned in Appendix 'B'.

Item No. 20 : Bldg Security Light Pressure die cast housing with epoxy power coated dark graphite grey colour finish. Prismatic polycarbonate cover with individual LED lenses. IP65, 20 Watt including GI bracket of suitable length & size with all fixing arrangment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : C&S Draco Series Cat Part No LTESS20WLED /WIPRO/HPL or equivalent makes as mentioned in Appendix 'B'.

ITEM No 21 : Temper proof AC single phase static electronic energy meter with LCD display 5-30 Amps capacity having accuracy class-1,suitale for 230 Volts AC supply complete with laminated sheet wooden cup board with locking arrangement for mounting of meter fixed on wall including marking,numbering of block and quarter No, complete all as specified and directed. Make :- L&T, Cat Part No.WM101BC5DLO /Schneider Electric India Pvt Ltd/HPL or equivalent makes as mentioned in Appendix 'B'.

Item No. 22 : MCCB, thermal magnetic release adjustable type with overload, short circuit, earth fault protection including elect connection with copper strip or cable of suitable size and capacity, 4 pole,415 Volts,63 Amps, Ics = 100% Icu as per IEC 60947-2,16 KA with inbuilt adjustable earth fault release & adjustable thermal setting 0.7 – 1 x In,complete all as specified and directed.Make- Legrand, Cat Part No 027029 DRX/Schneider/Hager/Indoasian or equivalent makes as mentioned in Appendix 'B'.

ITEM No 23 : Earthing complete with and including galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm surrounded by a mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected with and including galvanised iron or steel earth wire, 4mm dia (No. 8 SWG) by means bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron, 15 mm bore (medium grade) GI pipe for protection of earthing lead, 20 mm bore (medium grade) GI pipe for watering with funnel, wire mesh and including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit and 50 mm thick RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sq m) pit cover, C.I frame, charcoal and comman salt filling in alternate layers, complete all as shown and specified in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009). NOTE : The unit rate includes for protecton pipe 15mm and GI earth strip 4mm from top of earth plate upto 7.50 metre above ground level.

Road, Path and Culvert Works

Item No 24 : Earth filling in low lying area by bringing earth (free from shrubs & vegitation etc) from out side MD land (approved earth shall be brought from out side MD land),complete all specified and as directed.

ITEM NO 25 : 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete (M-35 grade) interlocking paver block,manufactured in an automatic plant working on vibration and simultaneous hydraulic compression from top (with grey cement and pigment) any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 laid over and including 50mm thick cushion of coarse sand & filling the joints after laying, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Cost of Sand is included in the quoted rates and will not be measured and paid seperately .

ITEM NO 26 : Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc on road pavements and the like exc 10 cm wide using machine with thermo plastic paint including glass beads, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 27 : Road stud, ABS material body of size 100x100x19mm with two highly reflective reflectors of red colour,fitted in the body on opposite side, fixed with pointed MS pins 12mm dia,125mm long & approved epoxy araldite adhesive as per manufacturer instructions , complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Sinor ,Model DA-978/Greenlite/ Dark Eye/Cat Eye/Road Knight.

Item No 28 :Solar light road stud, LED based of size of size 128x134x20-25mm made from aluminium alloy and construction solar powered by niono crystal solar panel with one high capacity Ni-Cd rechargeable battery and 3 LED on each side(total 6LEDs) fixed with pointed MS pins 12mm dia,125mm long & on road with approved epoxy araldite adhesive as per manufacturer instruction of colour Red/ amber/green as desired ,complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Sinor ,Model DA-978/Greenlite/ Dark Eye/Cat Eye/Road Knight.

External Water Supply Works

Item No 29 : Boring of holes under road ,pavement,hard standing by using trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique or any manual technique suitable for passing 100mm dia DI pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

ITEM NO 30 : Ductile iron fittings such as bends (any type, radius and angle) Tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, tail pieces with one end flanged (integrally cast) and one end socket/spigot caps and plugs suitable upto 200 mm bore ductile iron pressure pipes of K-7 classification including nuts,bolts,washer and push on flexible rubber gasket joints, complete all as specified.

Item No 31 : Centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron pressure pipes with socket& spigot ends having ISI stamping marking with IS 8329/2000 classification K7, In standard length of 5.5 - 6 mtr suitable for and including push on joint (gassket D jointing) with cement mortar lining in the pipes , complete all as specified & directed of 100 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed. Make: TATA/Jindal or equivalent mentioned in Appx 'B'.NOTE:-Ductile iron fittings will be measured and paid for separately.

Item No 32 : Construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 900 mm x 900mm x 900 mm (Internal size) thickness of walls shall be 23cm in brick work in cm 1:6 internally plastered in cm (1:6) and externally plastered in cm (1:4) over 15cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 having 15m offset around, including 4 cm thick coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 on the top of the brick wall and 3mm thick mild steel sheet cover and angle iron frame of size 40 mm x 40mm x 6mm including provn of suitable hold fasts to hold the frame, locking arrangement and lifting handle, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Item No 33 : Construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 600 mm x 600mm x 600 mm (Internal size) thickness of walls shall be 23cm in brick work in cm 1:6 internally plastered in cm (1:6) and externally plastered in cm (1:4) over 15cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 having 15m offset around, including 4 cm thick coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 on the top of the brick wall and 3mm thick mild steel sheet cover and angle iron frame of size 40 mm x 40mm x 6mm including provn of suitable hold fasts to hold the frame, locking arrangement and lifting handle, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Item No 34 : Cutting existing CI and DI pipes and reducing to required length in position for inserting of new tees branches, collors, bends etc for 150 to 200 mm bore pipes ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Both sides cutting shall be measured as one unit) NOTE: Cost of tee with jointing material shall also includes quoted rates.

Item No 35 : Cast iron air release valves with two air outlets 100mm dia bore and fixing up in DI water supply mains, complete all as specified and directed.

External Electric Supply Works

Item No 36 Supplying, installation, testing and comissioning of weather and vermin proof outdoor type LT Panel(main feeder pillar), factory made, front & back openable double door type totally enclosed of size not less than1200mmx1200mmx600mm size, CPRI approved, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet compartmentalized design and inner compartments of 2mm thick sheet metal enclosures with and including mild steel angle iron frame of size 50mmx50mmx6mm suitable for operation on 3 phase 4 wire,440Volts,50HZ system wih hinged panel door(coves) on two sides with handles,bottom gland plate and locking arrangement consisting of sufficient nos of holes for circular cable entry at bottom only with suitable PVC/rubber/wooden bushes to prevent ingress of water/vermin etc. Inside the enclosures,the required nos of holes to be fixed with cromium plated brass cable glands for cable entry and exist,including with necessary internal wiring with stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cables of adequate size including all connections with aluminium strips, Pillar box shall be provided with danger notice plate with skull & bone sign, PVC gasketed and sealed, making all incoming and out going electrical cable connecetions with new lugs, glands to be provided at cable entries.Panel box shall be internally and externally powder coated with approved tint/colour, complete with heat shrink insulated aluminium bus bar of 600 Amps rating 4 Nos, including angle iron support 50x50x6 mm with 50 CM height from ground level at the base of panel only for grouting purpose and grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed. Item No 37 :- Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron 32x6mm earth strip by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel with protection pipe of GI, medium grade 40mm bore, watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade, earth plate surrounded by alternate layer of coal dust and common salt 15 cm thick each layer all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including funnel with wire mesh, earthing chamber with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 80 mm thick precast RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) and frame including all excavation and earth work etc. all as specified. NOTE : 1. Earth chamber shall be constructed at least 1.50 metre away from the top of earth electrode, the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. 2. Cost of 7.5m length of GI strip & GI protection pipe included in the rate of this item. Extra length shall be measured and paid for separately.

Item No 38 : LED street light luminaire with unique peanut optics to ensure uniform distribution,higher spacing between poles and maintenance free system lumen output 4000 lux LED, suitable optical lens as secondary optics, covered light source with glass IP-66, inbuilt electronic drivers 230 Volts 40 Watt cap including suitable size of bracket, 02 Nos of clamps, nuts & bolts reqd, complete all as specified and directed. Item No 40 : Junction Box of size 300x250x150mm with locking arrangement suitable for aluminium bus bar (04 Nos.) fixed on porecelain base insulator & 01 No MCB SP, 06A. Junction box made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet, painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer complete with suitable size of cable glands & MS clamps nuts, bolts & washess etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 41 : Cable route indicator shown "HT UG cables" painted in brown colour and root of cable with aero made of CI in suitable eleiptical shape and fixed in MS rod 12mm dia 70 cm long ( all word embosed) and embaded in PCC block of size 30 cmx 30cm x 60cm in ground, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 42 : Cable route indicator shown "LT UG cables" painted in blue colour and root of cable with aero made of CI in suitable eleiptical shape and fixed in MS rod 12mm dia 70 cm long ( all word embosed) and embaded in PCC block of size 30cm x 30cm x 60cm in ground, complete all as specified and as directed.
