S&F of Mono crystalline SPV Modules of aggregate capacity not less than 40 KW as per IEC 61215, IEC 61730 including fixing and installation on tin shed roof with leak proof arrangement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) bidder Shall have 'A' Class electric license. (ii) Bidder shall have experience of 40 KW or above capacity on grid Solar Plant with five years of satisfactory performance in last seven years. (iii) Bidder should have empanelled BEE certified energy manager or Energy Auditor.

M&L for DC copper cable of size 4 sq mm, MC4 connectors, cable ties and PG 16 conduit along with laying and fixing of DC cable with SPV Moudules and construction of arrays duly conduit in PG16 conduit pipes properly fixed with saddles on walls or floor including fixing the arrays strings with array junction box complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Array Junction box IP65 comprising of DC fuses 30KA 1000V, DC SPD connectors duly fixed in polycarbonate box complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Array Junction box IP 65 comprising of ACDB 16KA 1000V, AC SPD connectors duly fixed in polycarbonate box complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 33 KW Grid Interactive String Inverter as per IEC 62109 - 1, 2, IEC 61683, IEC 61727 along with Zero Export Device with following features complete all as specified and directed. (a) String current monitoring. (b) IP66 protection for indoor and outdoor application.

S&F AC Control Panel suitable for 40 KW IP54 protection indoor type complete with Bi metallic Busbar 200 A as per CPRI Norms RAL 7032 or 7035 , SPD [Type 2], MCCB 125 A 25 KA 4 Pole with thermo magnetic trip , Speeder Link for MCCB 200A, indicator lamps RYB for each phase separately, enclosure made out of 2 mm CRC sheet duly powder coated single door complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 sq mm 4 Core unarmoured copper conductor laid on PG16 conduit of suitable size duly fixed to walls with saddles and clamps for connectivity of Inverter and AC Control Panel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 3.5 Core 50 Sqmm aluminium unarmoured cable for connectivity with ACDB and Main Feeder complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Lighting Arrestor 5 spike made out of 12 mm dia solid 1 M long copper round 99% copper for lightening protection with base plate to be fixed separately on the Tin Shed through suitable insulator complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25 x 3 Aluminium Flats for earthing of SPV Plant, Inverter and Lighting Arrestor through insulators. Note that earthing of SPV Plant MMS should be leg to leg and all the three earthings to be separate duly connected with Earthing Electrode via bi - metallic terminal complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for CPRI approved chemical earthing complete with GI pipe electrode 50 mm dia, 2 Mtr long with terminal size 50x6 mm buried directly in ground not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level connected with and incl galvanized wire 4 mm earth lead upto DB by means of nuts bolts check nuts GI washers etc duly protected by galvanized iron pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) including PVC accesse well and cover and gel type back fill compound necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as directed including testing on completion all as specified and directed. incl demolition to existing one complete.
