Repairs to 40 HP Outboard Engine of Aluminum Boat-III four stroke petrol engine at working site/shore of River Jhelum at Baramulla by way of removing of top lid (cover), removing of fly wheel shield, intake manifold for disengaging of carburetor, Cleaning of starting relay using standard cleaning agent by application of multiple maintenance sprays to drive out moisture and foreign materials. This job includes refitting back after ensuring proper cleaning and drying of dismantled parts. The job also includes replacement of damaged fuses and 03no spark plugs (resistor type) with new one and then testing on full load

Repairs to Self-starter by way of dismantling/disengaging of complete assembly from engine, its disassembling, washing/cleaning of all parts using standard cleaning agent and dry cloth, de-carbonizing of assembly unit, replacement of carbon brush set and battery leads, terminals etc. This job includes refitting and testing thereof

Repairs to steering system by way of dismantling of steering gearbox mechanism along with steering wheel, Straightening, turning/finishing etc. of Steering rod on lathe machine, adjustment of gear and pinion timing & other allied works with the help of skilled labours, tools & tackles for the completion of work and then thereof testing on full load

Repairs to the Aluminum propeller three wing type of Aluminum Boat 40 HP outboard Engine by way of dismantling the propeller by putting a piece of wood block between propeller blade and anti-ventilation blade to hold propeller, then removing propeller by opening nuts & bolts, washers for the completion of work. The job then involves repairs to propeller vanes by way of tuning. finishing, welding etc. for its actual shape, size/profile. After proper repairs, this job includes fitted it back by way of tightening nuts & bolts and testing boat on full load. All tools & tackles, skilled labours, private vehicle shall be arranged by the firm itself for to and fro carrying of this above mentioned job.
