REPAIR/ MAINT TO OUTDOOR/ INDOOR UNITS AND OTHER ACCESSORIES TO ACs AT INS DRONACHARYA UNDER GE FORT KOCHI

Taking down/ Disconnecting of all power supply electrical connection and refrigerant gas pipe line to split type AC's Non inverter type any make/ model / type of capacity 1.5/ 2.0 TR from existing location out door unit complete and transporting to local workshop for repair/ servicing / replacement of defective spares like condenser unit made out of copper aluminium alloy, fan motors with blades and capacitors, valves, relays, outdoor unit PCB, connecting valves, internal connection cables, wires, including after replacement of above spares and dismantling the compressor for performance test and refixing back for testing including any leakage and arresting, normal cleaning, vacuumizing, entire unit base patch work by replacing top and bottom base plates / covers spray painting 2 coats above a primer coat complete and re-transport to original unit location, refixing, reconnecting, testing, and commissioning duly, gas charging up to desired levels complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) All Spare part items for replacement of compressor, condenser unit, Fan motor assembly with body, PCB, starting capacitor, running capacitor, relays, starting capillary tube and liquid strainer, gas copper pipe lines if required necessary, on ground or work shop for making good condition shall be measured and paid under relevant items. (ii) The following Item shall be measured and balance all required spares for satisfactorily repairing and running of the unit shall be inclusive of the rates quoted above.

Supply only Split AC outdoor unit condenser unit of made out copper and aluminium mixed alloy, as per site requirement and existing unit any make, any size, any capacity, any model complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only Split AC outdoor unit Fan motor assembly with body assembly made out as per site requirement and existing unit metal any make, any size, any capacity, any model complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only Split AC outdoor unit PCB as per site requirement and existing unit any make, any size, any capacity complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only Split AC outdoor unit starting capacitor, running capacitor, relays and connecting items etc as per site requirement and existing unit any make, any size, any capacity complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only Split AC outdoor unit starting capillary tube and liquid strainer and thermostat cut off switch suitable connecting items etc as per site requirement and existing unit any make, any size, any capacity complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only factory built hermetically sealed compressor unit suitable for 1.5 Ton, single phase,230 V,50Hz capacity split type ACs testing the leak of compressor by charging Dry Nitrogen gas, evacuating the system and charging R-22 /304 a /407a /134 Refrigerant gas including taking out old unserviceable compressor with connected old material from the split type ACs complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down/ Disconnecting of all power supply electrical connection and refrigerant gas pipe line to split type AC's Non inverter type any make /model / type of capacity 1.5/ 2.0TR from existing location indoor unit complete and transporting to local workshop for repair/ servicing/ replacement of defective spares like evaporator cooling coil, PCB's ,air inlet, air outlet, electrical control panel, digital display, signal receptor, remotes, main control button, moving air vent swing flaps and its motors code wires, thermostatic sensors, water outlet drain pipes, interconnection wires, horizontal louver, vertical louver, front panel, air filter, and blower motor assembly complete fans complete performance testing and leakage testing, arresting, normal cleaning, pressure washing, vacuumizing, entire unit patch work by replacing outer body of suitable material including fixing base plate clamps on wall, re-transport to original unit location, refixing, reconnecting, testing, and commissioning duly, gas charging up to desired levels complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) All Spare part items for replacement of Blower motor assembly, moving air vent swing flaps, horizontal louver, vertical louver, Evaporator cooling coil, air inlet, air outlet pipes, front panel, air filter, and gas copper pipe lines if required necessary, on ground or work shop for making good condition shall be measured and paid under relevant items (ii) The following Item shall be measured and balance all required spares for satisfactorily repairing and running of the unit shall be inclusive of the rates quoted above

Supply only Split AC indoor unit blower motor assembly, moving air vent swing flaps, horizontal louver, vertical louver completely made out as per site requirement and existing unit metal any make, any size, any capacity, any model complete all as specified and as directed.
