Fixing of paver block and other related works at entry of WCS plant

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains, pathways including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m All kinds of soil.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/extra excavated earth/ dholpur or similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Suitable spce shall be identified by contractor including taking of permission from local authority if any.

Supplying and filling RIVER SAND above compacted earth and beneath the paver block in layers not exceeding 15cms in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming thoroughly, submerged with water for desired period to acheive full compaction and dressing etc; complete for all leads and lifts. Complete all as directed by EIC.

Providing and laying cement concrete using 20/40mm nominal size graded hard stone aggregate obtained from approved quarry including compaction, finishing top surface to level, curing, excluding cost of formwork, etc; complete as per specifications. Mix ratio specified is for (cement: coarse sand: graded stone aggregate).complete at all heights / levels all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge -In foundation and plinth/sub-base to floors with P.C.C 1:4:8 Complete all as directed by EIC.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Dismantling stone slab/ dholpur/ kotastone flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Compaction of available earth including levelling, watering, compaction using plate vibrator / compactor to achieve Maximium possible dry density., complete as directed by the Engineer – in – charge

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Repainting of Reception area of guest house building

Providing and applying two or more coat of silicon based water repellent coating on dholpur/brick with filling of Horizontal and vertical joints with matching cement based colour pigment. Rate including scaffolding, filling the cracks and crevices with approved filler material, preparation of the surface, removing of algae from the surface etc.. so that surface becomes free from all debris, dirt, oil, grease, wax and all other contamination which could prevent penetration.etc. to improve penetration, scaffolding, apply second coat wet on wet. Complete as per manufacturer specification and as directed by EIC. NOTE: Required Paint coefficient has to be considered in the quoted rate. Hence separate coefficient will not be considered while measuring the area for painting and area will be measured flat. The paint coefficient will be 1.00 irrespective of applying on dholpur stone cladding / Brick /plaster/ sand face plaster surface etc. No extra will be paid for rough surface. (1) Coating - silicon based water repellant of approved brand (2) Filling cracks - SBR polymer with white cement including matching colour pigment as per manufacturers specification

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. Note:- Removing of emulsion paint, white wash, oil paint or enamel paint for Internal wall, exterior paint on external wall (including washing), wood work, steel work etc. by sand paper, wire brush, roll paper etc. to reveive new painting treatments.

Providing and applying white cement based putty two or more coat to achieve required finish on wall of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. Note:-for internal walls only, Rates includes scaffolding and sand papering of wall after putty. The thickness of putty should be 0.25 mm or more.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer Note:- For Internal wall only, rates includes scaffolding.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour In TWO coat. Note:- Rates includes scaffolding, crack opening and filling with approved filler material (filling cracks - SBR polymer with cement as per manufacturers specification).

Providing & Applying polymer modified, flexible cementatious negative side waterproofing coating with elastic waterproofing polymers on interior wall plaster surface in three coats @14.35 kg /10 sqm. one coat of self priming of cementatious waterproofing polymer(dilution with water in the ratio of 1:1) and two coats of cementatious waterproofing polymer (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1 ) after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove pre-existing paint film & loose particles till plaster is visible, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour In ONE coat. Note:- Rates includes scaffolding, crack opening and filling with approved filler material (filling cracks - SBR polymer with cement as per manufacturers specification).
