Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Past Experience

Satisfactorily completed similar work done of maintenance in any one year in the Last Three Financial Year for Value not less than Rs.57.60 Lakhs. Work Done certificate should be issued by not less than the Rank of Executive Engineer along with the mention of E procurement Indent Number

Annual Turnover Certificate of financial year i.e., 2023-24 to 2025-26 achieved in at least one financial year a minimum financial turnover of Rs 144.00 Lakh and Turnover certificate from CA with valid UDIN Number is mandatory along with profit loss, Balance Sheet and IT Returns.
