Restoration of Dhanotu to Rohangaloo raod km. 0/00 to 32/400 (SH Cutting/lopping of trees endangering the life of road users on Dhanotu to Rohangaloo road)

Cutting of branches of trees and shrubs from the road way or with in R.O.W including disposal of wood and leaves to suitable location as per technical specification Clause 1914. Any loss to the public / private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to duly compensated by him in all respect including all mode transportation i.e. head load, animal load or mechanical means along with labour machineries, materials tools equipment and safety measure and incidents necessary to complete the work by all means)if any required) sorting useful/unusual material disposing at approved dumping site at store where useful material stacked and if contractor failed to stacking the material and store and dumping site recovery shall be done on prorate basis for the quantity of lopping / trimming materials @ Rs. 380 per quintal with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer –in –Charge complete in all respect.
