Material and labour for Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunch ings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Glazed ceramic colur tiles (450x300 x 7mm thick) on dado & skirting , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 10 mm thick rendering rough/even & fair in CM 1:4 to receive tile, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry (with white cement and pigment ) in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for suspended false ceiling using E-grid 2430, 180 GSM (exposed ceiling suspension system ) of grid size 600mmx600 mm with main runner 32 mm x 24 mm and wall angle 20mm x 20mm using 4mm thick High Pressure stean Crude Everest Non Asbestos Fiber Cement plain Board (E-Board Classic) in a grid of GI system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI bar hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purline from the roof with adjustment clip providing positions for light fixtures,air conditioning diffuser and ducts, sprinkler, smoke detectors etc. The main runners to be secured to structural soffits by hanger @ 1220 mm maximum c/c. the last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjucent wall, Flush fitting 1220 mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610mm c/c, so as to form 600mm x 600 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators any pattern complete with frames including providing and fixing hinges/side locks for sliding windows and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of GE/ Engineer- in- charge,complete all as specified and directed. M&L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks, holdfast blocks, coping, lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, lin steps, kneelers, bed plates, apex stones kerbs benching , levelling course and similar work including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks, back of chowkhats etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay, lugs as in hold fast with locking arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cupboard shutter made of 1.00 mm thick MS sheet fabricated with edges bend to shape suitable of single rebate pressed steel frame of 1.25mm thick including pressed steel frame fixed with 3.15mm thick stainless steel hinges, standard rim locking arrangements, handles including all necessary fittings drillings hold hast/lugs with sufficient coat of paint finish as approved colour and othe necessary fittings/fixtures and locks etc for making fully functional as steel lockers/cupboards, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20 mm dia Mild steel curtain rods with brackets, stops, roller with fancy type end cap etc complete all as specified and directed.

PART-II (E/MWORKS) Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete including (all serviceable /Un servicable fittings such as, switches, ceiling roses, pendants sockets, light fitting etc), removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of floors walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concealed Point wiring using FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multi strand copper conductor cable 1100 volt garde 1.5 sqmm including 1.5 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multi strand copper conductor earth wire drawn through and including concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit of appropriate size not less than 20 mm dia medium grade terminated in and incl concealed pressed steel sunken box readily available ( having wall thickness not less than 1.22 mm upto 200 x 300 mm box size & having wall thickness not less than 1.63 mm beyond 200 x 300 mm ) duly covered with 3 mm thick bakelite sheet cover for fixing switches , sockets , fn regulators etc incl testing and making good to disturbed surface to match existing surface for one light/fan/bell point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure powder coated single phase DB for fixing of MCBs, 4 ways double door with bus bar including grouting on the wall by means of screws and rawal plugs and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB SP 240 volts, 50 Hz capacity 6-32 Amps complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix MCB SPN 240 volts, 50 Hz of capacity 40 Amps complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down ceiling/exhaust fan of any sweep & size and refix in same position after overhauling including minor repairs by replacement of capacitor, safety pin, cap, nuts & bolts etc and making connection using 3 core, 0.50 Sqmm PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to fan, including testing to ensure efficient functioning including application of one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting & rewriting MES number in Roman Block letters/figures complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing the burnt out copper winding from ceiling fan 1200mm sweep and cleaning of slots & then re-winding with super enamelled wire of existing gauge incl all associated materials such as super cotton tape, film paper dry varnish, tape, insulation etc and heating, varnishing, replacementof bearings of suitable size etc and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair plastic body exhaust fan, AC single phase, 240 Volt of size 200mm sweep with heavy duty plastic body with louvers connecting up including provision of fixing clamp, nut bolt and cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan, including taking down old UNSV plastic body exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Havells Ventil Air DX white or equivalent make of Crompton Greaves/ Khaitan/Bajaj/Orient.

Material and labour for laying of bricks locally available sub-class 'B' brick (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the directon of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread sand in trenches as sand cushioning to under ground cable for protection with fine river sand and provide reqd cover after punning down complete all as specified and directed. Note : Thickness of sand cushion after punning down will be measured and paid.

S&F gun metal globe or gate valveof size 25mm dia with iron wheel head, screwed at both end for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting existing GI pipe line of dia 25/40 mm and inserting Tee and later tested after connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium 4 sqmm stranded conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and over all PVC sheathed in service connection suspended by insulating hanges not more than 1 meter apart including 4 sqmm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular including taking down old unserviceable wire complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to earth wire 4 mm dia GI wire with mild steel nuts bolts checknuts & washers and connected to equipment as directed incl funnel with Gi medium grade watering pipe 20 mm bore , wire mesh , charcoal or coke and commn salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 with 50 mm thick precast RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover slab reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bars @ 15 cm c/c with suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar , 15 mm bore medium garde pipe for earth lead protection incl necessary excavation and earth wok in soft / loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n exc 50 m and necessary testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.
