M&L for removing existing roof treatment including all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on terrace, sides of parapet in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compund, finished even and fair (Note water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under other item).

M&L for priming surfaces and applying normal treatment (for moderate conditions) using bitumen primer @ .30 Kg/Sqm applied not hot

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm incl cleaning surfaces.

M&L for fixing APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight 3kg/sqm and min 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primered surface by torced application.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, benching rounded or chamfered or edges complete.

M&L for applying a two coats of water proofing paint with aluminium finish over coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm with forced application above APP based polymeric membrane.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting compele as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with Limestone, sand stone, Flint or Quartzite coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required, including watering and ramming with power roller of 8 tonne to 10 tonne for true or levelled surface as specified and directed b Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 as in sub base, floors pavings finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) type B2 as in floors pavings finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade laid over and including 40mm thick sand layer, including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete block of Type B-1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) set in CM 1:6 as in kerb stone complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only water proofing compound.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide or n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth for pipe line, drains, foundations of sewarage lines or manholes and like and getting out in soft/loose soil.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in bed to drain pipe, incl packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe 150mm bore after they are laid and tested.

M&L for 150mm reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed completed with collars and jointed as specified.

Excavation over areas in soft/loose soil, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4.

M&L for brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks in one brick thick honey comb walling, built in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering for external surface ,in (CM 1:4,) 15 mm thick over brick/concrete surfaces , finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered or pointed surface of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors,window cills, concrete railings,openings in concretewalls, floorand roofs n exc 20cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls,horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L For RCC1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm stone aggregate) in beams, cantilever, bressummers, limtels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm stone aggregate) Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drains not exc150mm dia, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F for mild steel TMT bar 6mm to 8mmdia and above cut to length, bent to shape rquired including cranling , bending spirally for hooping for column , hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia as specified.

M&L for aggregate for loose filling, of gauge 80 mm to 150 mm graded of broken bricks in soakage pits, soackage wells complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cast Iron Manhole cover with frame of heavy duty (HD) casting and confirming to IS: 1726:1991 for clear opening 560x560mm and chequer of cover shall not be less than 4mm .Manhole cover and frame coated with material having base- with black bitumen composition. Frame shall be embaded in concrete firmly and complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n,exc 25 cm thickin soft/loose soil.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above starting point
