SH: Providing and installation of Interior & Acoustic works

Providing and fixing Grooved Acoustical Slats Wood based MDF panels with linear perforations. The melamine laminate in size 2440mm x 128mm x 16mm type 32/2 i.e. having 32mm Strips and 2mm groove, Tongue and Groove edges for seamless mounting having density of 600kg/m3. The back of the panels are perforated with 8-10mm diameter circular holes with black acoustic fleece covering for providing sound absorption. Can be installed screw fixed on GI metal stud of size 48mm & 0.55mm thick having one flange of 34mm & other 36mm placed at 610mm c/c vertical into 50mm floor & ceiling channel of 0.55mm thickness having 2 equal flanges of 32mm each, then fixing GI metal stud at 610mm c/c horizontally making a grid of 610 x 610mm c/c. Wooden slat will be backed with Polyester 25mm 1000 GSM. Wooden slat will be fixed over 50 x 10mm thick MDF strip using headless nail. Rate to be inclusive of all wastage, transportation as approved by the Architect / Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Wood wool Panels made of Wood Fibre 1mm width Magnesium composites 25mm thick Natural Standard as per the choice of the Architect/EIC of size 1220 x 610mm. Has excellent noise absorption as per ISO: 354-1985 and ASTM 423-90 a, Density 400 Kg/ m3, meets stringent Fire Ratings ASTMD-876 and Fire Class -1 as per BS 476 part 5 and 6,Class P-not easily ignitable as per BS-476-Part 5 (Ignitability for material). This is applicable for core and class 1 as per BS 476-Part 7 (Method for classification of surface spread of flame), weather resistance as per IS 3308, Thermal Insulation as per IS:3346 with relative humidity of 90% RH at 60o Celsius(140o Fahrenheit) for 15 days= no deterioration. Conforms to En 13168 and are RoHS complaint. Can be installed screw fixed on GI metal stud of size 48mm & 0.55mm thick having one flange of 34mm & other 36mm placed at 610mm c/c vertical into 50mm floor & ceiling channel of 0.55mm thickness having 2 equal flanges of 32mm each, then fixing GI metal stud at 610mm c/c horizontally making a grid of 610 x 610mm c/c. Fab stretch system : includes screw fixed 13mm PVC grippers (full wrap/center/half wrap) @200mm on acoustic panels 15mm will be covered with synthetic wadding 25mm 1000 GSM, and gripper will be installed vertical/horizontal with proper line & level over 50 x 10mm wooden strips. DESIGNER FABRIC will be stretch inside the grippers. Rate to be inclusive of all wastage, transportation as approved by the Architect / Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing PVC Planks made in honeycomb construction of thickness 8mm in size 250mm width x 3000mm length. The planks are interlocking to form grooved joints, water proof, scratch resistant and washable. Available in various designs in natural wood, stone, solid colors and textures/grooves as per the choice of the Architect/EIC. Can be installed on 9mm plywood of grade IS:303 screw fixed on GI metal stud of size 48mm & 0.55mm thick having one flange of 34mm & other 36mm placed at 610mm c/c vertical into 50mm floor & ceiling channel of 0.55mm thickness having 2 equal flanges of 32mm each, then fixing GI metal stud at 610mm c/c horizontally making a grid of 610 x 610mm c/c. Item includes all transition/end profiles & accessories as per manufacturer's recommendation. Rate to be inclusive of all wastage, transportation as approved by the Architect / Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Lacquered Glass, 6mm thick on backing of 9mm plywood of grade IS:303. Necessary levelling of ply surface to be done over masonary wall as per the direction of EIC. Glass to be pasted on ply surface with silicon adhesive and double sided tape as per manufacturer's specification. Glass edges to be finished for seamless look. Rate to be inclusive of all wastage, transportation as approved by the Architect / Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Laminate, 1mm thick from decorative range on backing of 9mm plywood of grade IS:303. Necessary levelling of ply surface to be done over masonary wall as per the direction of EIC. Grooves in laminate to be done as per the design/direction of the Architect/EIC. Rate to be inclusive of all wastage, transportation as approved by the Architect / Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Roller Blinds with Black-out fabric with all mechanism and accessories complete as per choice and approval by the Architect.

Providing and fixing Gypsum False Ceiling which includes G.I. perimeter channels of size 0.55mm thick (having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm) along with perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall / partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws at 610mm centres. Then suspending G.I. intermediate channels of size 45mm (0.9mm thick with two flanges of 15mm each) from the soffit at 1220mm centres with ceiling angle of width 25mm X 10mm X 0.55mm thick fixed to soffit with G.I. cleat and steel expansion fasteners. Ceiling section of 0.55mm thick having knurled web of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 457mm centres. 12.5mm tapered edge gypboard (conforming to IS 2095-1982) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm dry wall Philips screws at 230mm centres. Screw fixing is done mechanically with drilling machine with suitable attachment. Finally tapered edges of the gypboards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with jointing compound, joint paper tape and two coats of dry wall top coat suitable for gypboard etc. complete as per the recommended practices of manufacturer. Rate to be included all kinds of profiles and cut-outs required for light fixtures, speakers, smoke detectors, trap doors and AC grill in the ceiling.

Providing and fixing Modular Ceiling System with mineral fibre acoustic board microlook edge ceiling tiles 600mm x 600mm x 16mm, DUNE RH-99 (Armstrong) / equivqlent as per manufacturer's specifications. Grid shall be silhoutte grid powder coated with all accessories complete.

Providing and fixing Pelmets of size 200mm x 200mm, with verticals and horizontals made of 19mm thick commercial plywood along walls and partitions finished with balancing laminate on exposed surfaces with necessary support, joint between the plywood and the gypsum all complete. Rate to be inclusive of all accessories, such as anchor fasteners etc. all complete.
