Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work upto all depth in all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work, blasting work, chiselling of soft /hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts and including trimming of sides levelling of bed to correct grade stacking the excavated soil in 15cm.layers when required into plinth sides of foundation including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads including lifts and soring/strutting timbering and dewatering where ever required as per thr direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu- reinforcement concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Foundation footing bases of columns etc and mass concrete complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Columns, pillars, post and struts, Square, rectangular or polygonal in plan complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Beam, cantilever, girders and lintels, Sides and soffits of beam, beam haunching, cantilever, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 mtr. In depth in all heights from floor complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like, Floors etc. up to any thickness complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20cm wide complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 sand :8 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all lead and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded crushed stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in Suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their support, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto all floor level within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing & Laying cement concrete work 1 : 1.5 : 3 (1 cement : 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundation footing bases of columns etc and mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Brick work using common burunt clay building bricks in foundation anf plinth in cement mortor 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) (2nd class brick) within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Half brick masonry in common burnt clay 2nd class building bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortar1:4 (1 cement :4 sand) as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge upto all lead and lifts.

Random rubble masonry/Polygonal rubble masornry ( uncoursed/ brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth I/c levelling up with cement conrete 1:6:12 (1cement:6 sand :12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) at plinth level in cement motar 1:6 ( 1cement:6 sand) including curing complete. As per direction and to the antire satiafaction of the Engineer-in- charge in all lead and lifts.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position. (2nd class Deodar wood) within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and Fixing panneled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows,including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws. 40 mm thick. (2nd class Deodar wood) within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and Fixing wire gauge shutters using galvenised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85 G. with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors, windows & clearstory windows i/c bright finished black iron enamelled hinges with necessary screws 40 mm thick (2nd class deodar wood) within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing 40x3 mm iron hold fast 40 cm long including Fixing to frame with 10 cm da bolts nuts and wooden pluges and embencing in C.C. block 30x10x15 cm 1:3:6 ( 1 cement:3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing & fixing bright finished mild steel sliding door bolt with nuts and screws etc. within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Cement concrets flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement (40 mm thick) as per direction and to the entire satisfaciton of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lift.

Providing and laying Duro stone vetrified tiles(300x300x10mm) in grey/coloured or of approved shade in flooring, treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain and impect resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalant 600x600mmx10mm manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

White glazed tiles 6mm thick in skirting risers of steps and dado laid on 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1:Cement 3:Sand) and jointed with cement slurry as per direction and to the entire satisfaciton of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lift.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and inciuding preparing the suface be thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and othr foreign sand papering and knotting Readymixed paint brushing wood primer pink within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaningthe surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matters sand papering and stopping with enamel paint other than white within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

6mm cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 ( 1Cement :3 Sand) within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two levels including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand) within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete .

Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete/stone/plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for metling the surface within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing plinth protection 50 mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D-Plast) rain water pipes of following dia of working pressure not less than 4.5 kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.
