Providing and fixing of Ball bearing No.6404 SKF/NBC make DE & NDE Both in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing of Ball bearing No.6407 SKF/NBC make DE & NDE Both in all leads and lifts.

Lifting motor from site including head load loading unloading at workshop reloading from workshop and unloading and transferring motor to the site of work

Providing and refilling of transformer oil for ATS starter a and oil circuit breaker in Pump House as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of Kit Kat 500 Amps rating complete in all respect in all leads and lifts.

Providing & Fixing of Kit Kat of 200 Amp Rating and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts

Providing & Fixing Cast iron Foot valve 125 mm and to the entire satisfication of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads Lifts.

B) Repair of Pump of Four stages-Manufacturing of new stainless steel shaft (as per specification) as per damaged sizes, including threading portion, keys, grooves, straighting and alignment complete with check nut and round key etc. in all leads & lifts.

manufacturing of new stainless steel sleeves as per original sizes complete Job in all leads & Lifts.

Providing & Fixing Gun mental neck rings of defuser as per required sizes in all leads & Lifts

Providing & Fixing of Gun metal impaller of all sizes as per required for original sizes in all leads & Lifts.

Repair of cast iron defuser according to original sizes by fitting Cl bushes, turning and finishing to the original sizes of shaft in all leads Lifts.

Providing and Fixing "O" rings and Gasket as per original size complete in all respect and to the entire satisfication of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing allied material at the time of assembly of Pump such as HTS bolts, nuts, studs,cottor, bar keys check nut, glanddories etc. complete in all respects and to the entire satisfication of the Engineer-in-Charge

Dismentalling and carriage assembling and testing of Pump at site including labour charges complete job as per the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge in all leads & Lift

Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work upto all depth in all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work, blasting work, chiselling of soft /hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts and including trimming of sides levelling of bed to correct grade stacking the excavated soil in 15 cm. layers when required into plinth sides of foundation including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing oof all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and soring/strutting timbering and dewatering where ever required to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair & Maintenance of Rising Main of various Diameters i.e. By welding two layers to GI/MESERW pipes and carriage of welding set and DG set by mechanical transport and head load up & down side complete Job in all respect and to the entire satisfication of the Engineer-in-Charge.150 mm dia

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement:3sand:6 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation l and plinth( For Anchor Block) in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement:6sand:12 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation l and plinth( Under Base wall) in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 Sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm Nos.minal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement and reinforced concrete work in : - In foundation, footings bases of columns and the like mass concrete in all leads and lifts.

Walls any thickness but not Shall less than 0.1 mtrs. thickness attached pillasters , plinths and string courses etc.from top of foundation level upto floor two level in all leads and lifts .

Proviidng mild Steel/Tor Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening,cutting, bending, placing in position and bining all complete upto floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5 mm, so as to give a fair finish including centering ,shuttering, propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for-in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in-.Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses and the like(For Retaining Wall ) in all leads & lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement:5 sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) with 15 % plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/ breast walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150 mm. to 300 mm. as per H.P.P.W.D specifications in all leads and lifts.
